The two stars are for the commonly expected, typically well stocked and organized inventory of your usual CVS store, but if I could give negative stars for the pharmacy, I so would. Monticello is not hurting for one more pharmacy. Walmart, Walgreens and Krogers all have one. What obviously sets each of them apart from the other is the pharmacists. CVS has two, ridiculous, older women who seem to think everyone has all the time in the world to wait for them to chit chat, joke, mix-up orders, forget to include insurance discounts, and all this happen to the lady in front of me. It’s inexcusable that the poor woman had to deal with them for half an hour to get her stuff right, and the entire time, they continued to act cutesy. At least three people left the line which was getting longer and longer by the minute, but the pharmacists didn’t seem to care. I couldn’t leave because I really needed my prescription.
