This place is the worst. I’m a total nail-biter and decided that to reward myself for not biting my nails for two weeks I would treat myself to a manicure. My technician (I think her name was Dau?) massacred my cuticles, one of them wouldn’t stop bleeding for like 20 minutes after the manicure. And then almost an hour later another one started bleeding. I had to stop the manicure and tell her we were done because she was trying to ignore the fact that she had brutalized my poor nail bed. I would never go here again and I’m upset that I even had to pay for it in the first place. Spare yourself the pain and find somewhere else to go. You would literally be better off biting your own nails.

Eventhough I had a less than great experience with the customer service once, I have to say that the nail techs are the best around. I wish I remembered the names of my favorite manicurist and pedicurist but I’m sure everyone here does great work. I have gone other places and been disappointed and couldn’t wait to come back here. Plus, prices are great.

I’ve been going to Rose for almost a year now, and I can’t say enough good things about her. I see Rose every 2 – 3 weeks, and am always happy with the service she provides. My nails never break or chip, and her designs are always perfect. Rose is such a sweet girl and greets me with a smile every time I walk in. People are always admiring and complementing my nails and I tell them all to go see Rose!
