Despite being in town for over a year, I just discovered this place. Was pretty sure it used to be Phở 82 but maybe I’m a bit dyslexic. In any case, the food here is great. Despite it being a phở place, my staple is their take on pad thai and the shrimp spring rolls. Unlike most places I’ve been, if you ask for it spicy, they make it SPICY. The portions are generous as well. You will get stuffed or have leftovers for well under $ 20. Quite the treat! Definitely worth visiting.

Dined in today for lunch with my blushing bride. We ordered similar portions of the brisket/flank phở as we had previously to-go. It came out in much larger portions(very happy about that) although not-as-hot-as-I’d-expect again; it was steaming somewhat, but wasn’t hot enough to cook the sprouts I added. My wife pointed out that the broth also tasted different than typical beef phở broth we’d had at dozens of other phở joints, and she was right. It had some sweetness to it and was still good, but not awesome. The service was very sweet and friendly. The interior of the restaurant was clean and nice, if a bit spartan, and the restrooms were nicely appointed and absolutely spotless.

I love this spot for phở and spring/crispy rolls! Prices very reasonable. Not impressed with the pad thai at all though, stick to phở. We frequent this place because it’s so convenient and affordable. The staff can be a bit awkward, but they’re nice!

I see negative reviews about rude staff but we have NEVER had that experience and we eat at Pho28 about twice a month for 2+ years. I am GF and Dairy Free so this is one of very few restaurants I can eat a wide variety on the menu! They are always sweet and give great customer service! We are totally in love with the pork! And their rolls can’t be beat! Take-out is beautiful and you don’t know the difference from eat in! They even offer chopsticks for take-out! Where do you get that? Boba’s are yummy! Make sure to get one!!!

On our way to camp at Mueller State park and felt like we needed something more satisfying then a burger. Very happy we stopped in! It’s a chilly night so the warm phở was awesome and tasted great. Very clean, and nice friendly staff. We are phở lovers and would absolutely recommend. Strange thing is the name on Unilocal is wrong, it’s phở 28 not phở 82? Wondering if new owners saved some $ and just switched the numbers around hmmmmm

I eat here ~2 times per month, especially on long weekends. Normally, somewhat busy during lunch, I like to come early to avoid the bustle. The phở is excellent; the service is prompt and friendly. I have only ever eaten the Chicken Phở(#12, I think) in medium size. Even the medium is a massive bowl that I struggle to finish. Like most phở places, the phở comes with a side of bean sprouts and fresh basil leaves. The quality and quantity of the basil varies, but I suspect that that is a seasonal supply problem rather than under the control of the restaurant. Bottom line is, I consider this to be a tasty, highly reliable place to go for a quick, healthy, and delicious lunch, I strongly recommend. Incidentally, unless I was mistaken or momentarily dyslexic, the sign on the front now reads«Phở 28,» not«Phở 82.» In any case, it’s the only phở place in town so you won’t have trouble finding it.

I’ve only had the phở, but what I’ve had is great! I like to add broccoli to my phở, and Phở 82 has never put up a stink about me adding JUST broccoli. The broth for the phở is great, I’ve had some pretty awful phở broth in my past. The staff is always very friendly, and the facilities are always clean! Reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. For take out they always give you every thing need to put together your soup at home.

I love this place. I’m new to Colorado and was looking for a place to replace my old haunt back East. Had tried a number of places around the Springs and Castle Rock but nothing felt and tasted authentic to me. Phở 82 quickly became my favorite Phở destination. The staff is really friendly if you engage them, otherwise they can come off as curt, which is probably responsible for a lot of the more negative reviews. When I walk in I’m remembered and welcomed like a steady customer which I really appreciate. The Phở is great, but I find myself frequently ordering from the rest of the menu because it’s all that good. I especially love the noodle bowls which are always super fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is clean, bright, and quiet. It’s never crowded and the wait staff is always attentive. Give this place a shot. Engage in conversation with the staff and get some Phở. You won’t be disappointed.

Just left the place from ordering takeout. Experienced the same rude experienced as others. I think the woman behind the counter is the owner’s mom. I felt like I was bothering her from entering stuff into the computer. She saw that I was ready to order but I still had to wait a while until she’s finished. When the food was ready, the food was almost thrown across the counter. WTF? There wasn’t a thank you for coming or anything. The phở is alright here. Nothing special. I probably won’t be back again.

Good phở! Good food other than phở too. The spring rolls are super good. The service is good, it’s never super packed here, so it’s kind of relaxing. The staff isn’t incredibly friendly. They smile, make eye contact, sometimes, but that’s about it. It’s definitely not bad $ wise either! Overall, it’s between 3 and 4 stars! Oh and the portions are fair, I mean the small could probably feed 2 people.

Rude service, take out order was wrong, ordered large phở which was a complete joke(in terms of size), and also the wrong meat. Also ordered grilled chicken and rice platter which was this tasteless rubber cutlet that was over cooked. Beware they charge you for ANYTHING extra. Broth was mediocre. Just a disappointing experience. Would give minus 5 stars if I could.

Terrible service very rude she threw my food at me and my son it was the wrong order it had tripe in it I asked for the number 6 she brought another bowl out it still had tripe in it I’m afraid to send my food back as I’m afraid of what will else will come back in it if you want good phở soup and great service phở 777 in Castle Rock is the bomb I will never come here again. And the only reason I give it one star is because I don’t know how to take it off

Their pad thai is to die for! Crispy rolls are good too but the order is tiny(2 rolls cut in half, not 4 rolls!) Good fresh food & decent service. Definitely recommend this place.

Too bad the owners felt the need to buy«grilled» meats, chicken and seafood. Which neither taste grilled or as good as fresh and unprocessed. We hate processed foods! All in all, I’d pay a lot more to have food that is premium. I’d rather cook at home then go here. Such a shame.

Staff seemed bothered by our presence. Server let out a huge sigh of dissatisfaction when asked for extra tofu. Phở was mediocre. I would rather go somewhere else; where I feel welcome.

Came with a large group which pretty much took up the whole middle seating area. But it didn’t quite fit us all so we split up which seemed to irritate the manager(Asian lady). Note we were the only customers at the time of dinner 6pm. She took the first group’s order then the 2 group. She took her sweet time to ring up the orders. We had to get the American servers attention to take the 3rd groups order. The phở in itself was C rate at best, broth was warm(not Luke warm), tasteless in which I basically covered my broth with sriracha sauce. Barely any meat(combination). Food was bought out to use in which we had to ask the server for utensils and the Asian lady even forgot to make a boba drink which she took the order for. The boba drinks were watery and not to refreshing. One thing I did noticed that I seemed odd was that they charge an additional $ 2 for extra meat in the platter plates. So it was choose 2 grill meat for either the rice platter or noodle bowl.

This used to be my go-to phở spot in the C Springs area. Service WAS awesome and food and portions were excellent. But Phở 82 seems to be reconsidering their portioning. The bowls seem a bit smaller than they once were and they have begun to skimp on the meat, too. It seemed that their crispy rolls have been minimized, too. Which wouldn’t bother me so much if their prices didn’t increase. The phở is still good by colorado springs standards though the broth is inconsistent. Sometimes it’s top notch, other times it’s over salted or under seasoned. Their crispy rolls are delish. If you need a fix, this phở stop will do in a pinch. But, over the past 3 months, I’ve been increasingly disappointed.

Good Phở spot. The broth wasn’t quite as flavorful as I would have liked it to be but otherwise it was quite good. I was able to introduce a coworker to phở for the first time and he enjoyed it as well and he even ordered the same as I did complete with tendon and tripe!

Posted hours Friday are until 8:30. Showed up at 8:00 and was told kitchen was closing so I could only order to go. Go figure? I’ve eaten here several times. Food is ok. Atmosphere is blah. People are nice enough.

I went back to give their appetizers a chance and I’m disappointed to see that the spring rolls don’t have any grilled pork in it and only a few pieces of shrimp. There was definitely a moment when I looked down at the end of my roll and saw only lettuce and rice noodle. Womp womp womp fail.
