I called Glass Doctor of Hackensack/​Moonachie for information on the replacement of double pane window glass with condensation between the panes. A gentleman by the name of Chris informed me that a representative would be at my home by 1 PM on that day to review the situation and provide a quote.
Needless to say I was very happy with such a prompt response. However, 1 PM came and went and no representative. I again called and Chris indicated that the representative was possibly tied up on another call but that he would check the schedule for the following week and call me back for an appointment. I am still waiting for the call.
I no longer wish to do business with Glass Doctor of Hackensack/​Moonachie as I strongly believe that if one encounters a negative situation before you sign with a contractor beware of things to come after the contract is signed. FOOL ME ONCE, SHAME ON YOU. FOOL ME TWICE…
