Awful. Worst haircut ever from Tonya. Contacted Great Clips Corp — they said owner would call that day. She didn’t. I should’ve known better after they didn’t treat my disabled son very nicely. Do yourself a favor — don’t go here — not for kids, not for anyone.

Usually they are very nice in here. This blonde big woman asked me when I walked to the counter if I had checked in online. I said no. She then, rolled her eyes and sighed and said its gonna be 30 minutes, very rudely. I smiled and said I would wait! I mean, I understand it’s busy but don’t be rude to the customers! If it wasn’t for us, you wouldn’t have any hair to cut!
Should have went to the one on Williamson Rd by Harris Teeter.

Had a haircut here twice now. and completely satisfied with the service.
They do maintain a history of previous hair cuts and makes our life easy.
I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.
I would suggest to check-​in online during sundays to avoid wait times.
