Hard Racing Performance

Great people! Great parts! Great prices! I ran into heavy traffic on my first trip to Hard Racing. I ended up getting there right before closing time. They were not only happy to help me and very knowledgeable. But stayed late to get me taken care of and even gave my 2 year old son paper and pen so he could draw while we talked. Very impressed. I feel lucky to have a shop like this close enough to drive to.

These company has a good presence on motorcycle discussion forums, and provide great information and feedback regarding items they sell. It’s how I learned of them, and ordered my part. During the order process, an issue came up and they were focused on getting a hold of me (phone and email), which I truly appreciate. Small hick-​up aside (kinda my fault), the order was processed and I got my GS911 very fast… free shipping and no California Sales tax (no tax is required to be charged to seller if the seller doesn’t have nexus in state… the obligation goes to buyer… see BOE Ca «use tax»).
I’m VERY happy with the price, service, and people I spoke with on the phone… I would recommend them even if they weren’t the fastest/​cheapest.
