This most rude and unprofessional staff I’ve encountered in any Dr. office. I’ve given this office 2nd chance but sorry after the 3rd time it’s obvious you don’t want my business ! I spoke to office manager Erin to try and find resolve after repeated mixups with prescriptions and visits, now I know why the majority of staff is rude … Dr.‘s are good but all the nasty you have to deal with before seeing them or if you need Rx refill outside of seeing Dr. it just isn’t worth it !!

This doctor was a good provider for a while until she covered her a** by lying and saying we had a conversation that we NEVER had. This is very unethical for a physician and something that should not be happening as well as something I do not put up with. Beware– also office is very disorganized and too busy for the number of providers.

Recently I was visiting from out of state and had an allergic reaction and needed to visit an urgent care facility. After first visiting Lake Norman Urgent Care (see review), where the service and staff were unprofessional and not helpful, I went to Lakeside Family Physicians. They were very professional, courteous and personable. Dr. Stephanie Elkins was fantastic. I highly recommend this physicians group and urgent care facility.
