Great service and every one was welcoming and friendly from the minute i walked in the door. Noël did my tattoo and he did a fantastic job! I was expecting to just walk in and consult but I guess they had some cancellations and he was able to take me back right away! I will definitely come back here and I have been to Epic tattoo and Family tradion but Lucky 13 is where its at!

Got my very first tattoo here today. I love the end result. Noël was my artist and he was very professional, patient and kind. He knew that I was nervous and made sure that I comfortable with the design, placement, procedure — everything. When I’m nervous I laugh ALOT. He just laughed along with me, said funny things and really made the entire experience less nerve wracking. I also had a good friend with me (thx Pat!) and she let me squeeze her arm (I know I left marks). I had been wanting a tattoo for years to symbolize some things that I’ve overcome in my life and I’m so happy that I finally did it. I’m already thinking about my next one! The shop is clean, lively and welcoming. Noël showed me that he was using a brand new needle before he started along with the rest of the equipment which I really appreciated. Stephanie, the office manager, was very helpful and patient with all of my initial questions and explained everything thoroughly. She is very straightforward and I could see that being misinterpreted as being abrasive but I don’t think that she intends to be. The price I paid for my tattoo was reasonable in my opinion even though I’m a novice. All in all it was a great experience and I’ll be seeing Noël again for any future tattoos.

Cleanest lines I have every seen. Class act. They do awesome work. It is a small shop but that is why you get great service.
