I ordered online for a carry out. I got a large thin crust pepperoni, Alfredo pasta, and breadsticks. When I went to get the pizza, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and my order was perfect. Maybe the management all the other reviews complained about was changed? I’m not sure but I’m 100% happy with my order and I’ll definitely be back!

Well tonight a total train wreck on 31Jan 2015/. My New Years resolution is to find another pizza place in Mooresville. Nobody dining in and the one family that came in was warned by the staff that the food waiting time was 45 minutes. 4 of us waiting on the wings. This is a management problem I’d change the rating to no stars if I could. Tonight 5 July total meltdown. No management in control– front saying the kitchen is indeed in disarray and having an additional 45 minutes of delays/all kinds of alarms and phones ringing off the hook/this’ll explain how I got the India — I speak broken English help desk… And here it is kick off tile for the ACC championship game. Just told another 15 min Just found out that there is not even a duty manager here

My family and I pulled into this vacant Pizza Hut parking lot tonite and went inside to order. The polite waitress promptly took our order. After getting our drinks, my wife said to me…“what is that crawling across the floor over there?” I got up and turned around and saw a cockroach over 1″ in length. I kicked it away from the wall so I could get a better look. I yelled out to one of the employees to come over. I told him that I was leaving and he told me he didn’t blame me. My family went out to our truck while I waited to speak to the manager and show him our discovery. By now I kicked the roach out into the center of the entrance lobby, and the roach was on his back swimming. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I asked our waitress where the manager was. She said he was way too busy in the back to come to out and talk to me. Maybe carry-outs that night were that popular, because we were the ONLY patrons in the entire restaurant. I finally gave up and left and called the restaurant when I got home. I was told the manager was still too busy to speak with me, but he did finally call me about 1 ½ hours later. He was polite and apologized and told me that the exterminator was having trouble getting the roach issue under control. He also told me that this species of roaches were not the infestation type and I had nothing to worry about. Of course I didn’t, we left before the food made it out to our table. STAYAWAYFOMTHISPIZZAHUT. I apparently was the last person in Mooresville to get the memo. I will be contacting the store owner, Americas Pizza Company in Layfayette LA tomorrow to tell them abut my experience and share the photos of the roach.

Terrible service. They didn’t have any silverware(we were told it was all dirty). Manager also refused to change the channel on the tv from Nickelodeon to the USA Women’s World Cup Match and refused to give a reason. I recommend staying away from this Pizza Hut.

I walked into the this Pizza Hut at 9:40pm and requested a table. I was told dine-in was closed already and I would have to place a to go order. Closed at 9:40pm, really!!! The hours of operation on the front door say 11am-11pm! I requested a manager and was informed there wasnt one on duty. Looks like I’m taking my complaint to corporate. Sorry Pizza Hut, you just lost a long time local customer.

DON’T WASTEYOURMONEYEATINGHERE. This Pizza Hut location doesn’t even deserve ONE star. I have been to some bad places before but this one takes the cake. I have never seen a restaurant so unorganized in my life. They seriously need to rethink their management staff because a monkey could run this place better. This place was a joke. We got there at 7 pm, there was only one other table when we arrived but yet we waited 15 minutes before the server came over to take our drink order.(Which by this time a few more people had come in and sat down). I ordered a salad and we ordered the meat lovers pizza. Another 15 minutes go by and I see 2 other tables that had arrived after us has received their salads, but mine was still nowhere to be found. My husband walked up to the front and reminded our server(he had forgotten). After I get my salad our server comes back over to ask us if we had pepperoni on our pizza, ummm I’m pretty sure the MEAT lovers pizza comes with pepperoni. So this meant that after over 30 minutes he still hadn’t even put the order in yet! Well later he finally brought our pizza and then just turned and walked away, didn’t give us napkins, didn’t refill our drinks(which were already empty and had been for awhile), didn’t ask us if we needed anything else, nothing. In fact, that was the last time he came to our table until my husband finally went up front to ask for a to go box and our check. The sad part was there were 2 other girls working that I guess didn’t feel the need to help out. One of the girls was only waiting on ONE table and then would just walk past empty drinks and angry customers without even offering to help! This was beyond ridiculous and we will NEVER return. It is now an hour after leaving the place and I’m still so mad my heart is racing. Unbelievable, Pizza Hut should be ashamed and this Unilocal review won’t be where my complaining ends…

*****After realizing I posted this review on the wrong PIzza Hut I came to the right one to make sure they got their kudos. ***** Alright, let me be honest: I never liked Pizza Hut. When I was 16 I worked there(and from my Domino’s review you can catch a glimpse into what that was like) for a hot second and I have never, ever been back willingly. In fact, the one and only time I went willingly was when a then friend allowed us to stay after hours and the manager signed off on us getting free beer. We all called the place Pizza Slut. I know, we’re so original. Folks, we live in a new era. Pizza Hut has swayed my cold, black, franchise pizza hating stomach. I don’t know who got hired and who got fired in their PR department, but hot damn whoever is in charge now is doing great. They should be hired to make North Korea look like heaven or cat vomit a delicacy. Ok, that’s taking it a little too far, but you get my drift. It all started with a random StumbleUpon. The Australian contest to make your own pizza, name it and enter to win crap. Not that I can win anything here, because I live in the ol’ US, but it was kind of entertaining to come up with combos. Also, they can get duck on their pizza. You hear me? Duck. So, I did a little internet searching and lo and behold a few months later Pizza Hut US rolled out a new menu. It was missing the duck, but that’s aside from the point. It looked delicious. It promised new things. Sriracha was involved. Lest you think I order pizza all the time out of laziness and love, let it be known that I actually enjoy making my own and the boyfriend usually has to beg me or piss me off to get me to agree to getting delivery. I like to cook and most of the pizza places that deliver in my area think, «Charred Crust, half a mushroom and ketchup tasting sauce» constitutes pizza. Not Pizza Hut circa 2014!(and ’15 now, I know) The new menu is pretty awesome and the combinations are seemingly endless. Adding extra balsamic or sriracha drizzles or the long list of crust flavors for free is a great touch. The website is easy to navigate(I hate calling in delivery orders) and gives you a countdown that has never failed to be almost COMPLETELY on the dot accurate. The $ 11ANYTHINGYOUWANT(size, toppings, crust, etc.) online deal is awesome for people like me who can’t make up their mind and want like 10 toppings. My pizzas used to cost a small fortune. There is an added charge for the stuffed crust, but it’s a measly 2-ish bucks and I can’t blame them. So, for the second time since I discovered this new menu, we ordered some last night. Our pizza was on time. It was tasty. They even followed my orders to make the stuffed crust pizza extra crispy. The toppings were plentiful, the sauce was excellent. I always get the creamy garlic parmesan, but they have buffalo, BBQ, honey sriracha, classic marinara and premium crushed tomato. tl;dr? Pizza Hut doesn’t suck anymore. Also, search the internet for their newest Japan commercial that involves a bunch of cats running a store. Because. Why not?

No opinion on the pizza. The delivery drivers, however, seem to have significant difficulty understanding parking lot direction and speed limit signs. They create hazards by speeding the wrong way through our apartment complex parking lots.

If zero stars was an option that would be my choice. I have never seen a restaurant so un-organizes especially a chain. There appears to be no management and some of the worst customer service possible. …48 minutes for a personal pan pizza to-go.

We arrived at 5:00 for a quick dinner for kids. For 2 personal pan pizzas &1 kids spaghetti we have waited now 40 minutes. The service is horribly slow & inattentive. We will never return.

There is something really wrong when you bite into a buffalo wing and it’s chewy. Really wrong is really raw. It was the blood coming out kind of raw. This whole Wing Street concept will be a dead end if they make people sick under-cooking chicken. Our waitress was hard to find, yet there was only 2 other tables in the whole place — 4 people in all besides us. When I brought this to her attention, she was not even surprised, and make no attempt at an apology. A few minutes later she came to the table and said that they were being remade and she would take them off the bill. I was quick to state that I did not want any wings now. She said they would cook them well done. They should have been done well and we would not be talking about needing well done. About 15 minutes later she brought the bill to the table with no other discussion about what they just tried to feed me. I was quite curious as to why a manager has not made an attempt to discuss this, so I went to the register to find one. Kristin had to look around for him for a few minutes. Ryan appears with a note book in his hand. He said sorry and he was checking some numbers. Not sure why he offered that, but I had to ask — «What do numbers have to do with under cooked wings». His reply was priceless — «It was slow, so I came in late. My numbers are off, so I had to check them.» I would love to know what that has to do with this situation. He said that they were not going to charge me for the wings. WOW. Are you serious? I did not eat them, so not charging me is the LEAST they can do, right? I asked why he did not come to the table to at least check on us and talk about the wings. He said he had to check his numbers. After continuing to tell me what he HAD to do, I explained that he HAD to address his customers when they receive raw chicken. Numbers can wait. His notebook can wait. As if I backed him into a corner, he said he would give me a $ 10 credit toward a future visit. I was happy to inform him there would be no future visits, that he can keep his $ 10 and he had a real issue back there in his kitchen. Needless to say — wing night with the guys will not be traveling on Wing Street. The detour signs are up.
