I agree with the other Unilocalers, the skirt steak pasta is fantastic. Salads and steaks also are done beautifully. They have a good wine list and the servers are attentive.

My husband and I eat at Lemmo’s nearly once a week. We love this place!!! Enough said.

Went there when they opened years ago but felt only so so about it. Maybe it was a learning curve after they sold their pizza biz. Just went again and had the greens with skirt steak salad as Unilocalers recommended and it was very good. Enough for two meals. Looked like biz was going good so I am happy for them about that! We will be back!

Best food, staff, drinks, you name it. Order a steak and be prepared to be amazed. This food rocks! Get a steak, try the pastas, have a salad. All will knock it out. Owners and staff are friendly and awesome. Grab some drinks and food, or else!

Tonight was my 2nd visit to Lemmo’s Grill; 1st time dining/​eating. I was in the mood for red meat so I ordered the Skirt Steak Pasta after reading some helpful Unilocal reviews. I was hungry… but if it wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever tasted! My husband & my 8-​year old son both ordered the filet mignon. It was basically inhaled. My 12-​year old ordered his standard Chicken Parmesan, but after trying our steaks, he wished he’d ordered the same as us. I was so happy with my meal! I know my family will be repeat customers of Lemmo’s. Who knew that such great food was in our small town of Moorpark.
p. s. Follow the recommendations of other Unilocal reviewers… order anything with skirt steak & you’ll be happy ;-)

Lemmo’s grill is a solid 4 – 4.5 star restaurant in my book. The food here is delicious, and the service/​workers/​owner are all top notch. Quantities are large and prices are appropriate, but slightly on the pricier side. If this place was just a little cheaper, I would probably be a regular.
I highly recommend their skirt steak pasta. The steak comes juicy, tender, and delicious. The pasta and seasoning/​sauce are delicious, as well. The restaurant does have a bar with TVs so you can catch the game. Parking is easy. Go ahead and give this place a try.

This restaurant is my favorite in the Moorpark area. It’s a family owned place and is owned by fantastic owners. I always feel welcomed when I come in. The food is absolutely delicious with my favorite being the skirt steak pasta. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a stop.

I was here last night for dinner with my family and I’m very disappointed. We waited for an hour for our food. We didn’t get bread like everyone else in the restaurant. Also the pasta my husband ordered didn’t have the scallops like the menu said. You shouldn’t have to pay full price if they don’t put it on your plate. I was going to let the waitress know but at that point I didn’t care I just know I’m not returning.

This place always has good food but the service sometimes lacks. The staff sometimes is too busy talking with each other to notice that your drink is empty and you need a refill.
I had ordered their popcorn chicken twice and asked that they be tossed in hot sauce. They weren’t tossed in hot sauce either time… how hard is it to do that?
Their drinks on the other hand are perfect! They definitely don’t skimp at all! This is what we love about Lemmos and I am always willing to come back and give them another shot cause I know their food is good. Just need to pay attention to customer requests etc.

Been here one time and it will be the last. I had a pasta cheese dish with jalapeños. The jalapeños were out of a jar and the cheese tastes like packet sauce. Very disappointed in the quality of food. It’s a shame as this restaurant is in walking distance of my house but I’ll be walking right by in future. The food was also overpriced. Disappointing experience.

This place is AWESOME! Generous owner and waiters. I asked about their beer, there was one I never tried before, waiter didnt either. He offered me one for free. Also we got a free appetizer on the house, delicious calimari, bc they were having an «Oscars awards special». The sandwiches are pretty good, consistent… but the pasta is awesome!!! Nice and hot for a long while, good consistency with the noodles. Simple and lighter sauces just the way I like it. :)
If you dont know what to order, just get something with skirt steak on it. The meat is tender, well seasoned, and delicious.

Tried their tri tip sandwich and it was pretty good, the grilled chicken sandwich was way better– fries were awesome
–but the best part was the customer service, I believe was the owner, very attentive and welcoming.

This is a tough one for me. We tried this place after looking at the great Unilocal reviews and a suggestion from a friend who likes it. There was nothing to complain about and our service was very good.
My wife and I agreed that the food just had no WOW factor. There was nothing that stood out and made us want to come back. We wanted to love this place based on the Unilocal reviews. However, we put this in the category of we don’t NEED to come back.
