The sales person and store manager were great. The delivery people showed up on time and assembled everything expertly.

My husband and I had just purchased a new home and it was finally time to pick out our new furniture! Well, we first went to another store and loved the selections we had made but didn’t love the price, which Ashley beat by $ 1000! All of our pieces came in at the time our sales rep had told us. With the exception of a newer model piece that was back ordered which we had been made aware of, and that was fine by us. We love love love everything with the exception of our dining table we had problems with the look and quality. Ashley customer service is top notch. They gave us full credit back for the table toward purchase of a new one, even after having that table for months! We now love everything and couldn’t be happier with our purchases. I will shop this Ashley Homestore again for sure.

If I could give it NOSTARS I would, but sadly, that is not an option. Lovely people at this store but regrettably, they are quite clueless. I placed my original order in July and to date(November 16th) I still don’t have everything that should have been included. My salesperson, James, who was listed as the store manager forgot to include a box spring with the complete bedroom set and mattress we ordered. Additionally, the order was written up incorrectly and there were countless delivery mix-ups because of it that went on every single time another item needed to be delivered. You would think that if you provide the correct information once, it would be recorded. The information was never updated in the system though we were proactive before each delivery to go over the correct info with them. And it isn’t just this store, the distribution center employees were even worse. They gave us misinformation, forgot to return calls, called the wrong numbers, sent the wrong items, forgot items that needed to be on the truck. The list goes on and one. I could write all day. To add insult to injury, though these stores are franchises, the WI corporate office doesn’t care enough to log your complaints, they’ll just tell you to call the distribution center(you know the one mentioned above that was worse than the store). Do yourself a favor and don’t shop Ashley — ever!
