Horrible customer service. Barely speak English. I bought a $ 55 vape pen that was defective, so I tried to return it with a receipt and the lady who claimed to be the manager refused to do it. She called me a liar and said she couldn’t trust me! I have never tried to return anything before, this was the first time. I have bought several bottles of fluid and other various things there. I will never be shopping there again, EVER!

Really nice staff, has a good selection and good prices. I like going here over other places because the employees are always smiling and friendly. The location is very convenient!

Very kind staff!
Despite the bit of language barrier with the owners, they are very friendly and kind. They have quite a large selection of cigarettes, cigars, and knives. They also recently added electric cigarettes and will let you try some oils. They are very understanding and will be very patient with you. In this economy, working and managing this business is very difficult so I understand why it’s hard to not back up their products.
I highly recommend to just try out some of their items. They are definitely a go to place for your tobacco needs!

I was going here for quite some time, but started going to other smoke shops in the area. The staff is okay, decent selection on tobacco products, hours are good, and an easy to find location.
They simply do not back the products they sell. Oh, they say they will, but when it comes time to actually do it, they give the run-​a-​round and come up with excuses. The employees are all smiles until it comes time to give back to the customer. Shop there and you will see what I am talking about.
