Emergency Response Plumbing & Drain

Showed up to my house within an hour of my call. Gave me a quote and went to work fixing my water heater hose. While reparing the water heater he noticed that exhaust on it was missing and explained the importance of having the gases exhaust to the outside of the house. He quoted a decent price on fixing that too. He was quick, efficient and knolwedgeable. Once all repairs were made, he went to light the pilot and it wouldn’t light. Long story short, water had been leaking/​gushing for so long that the inside of the water heater was flooded. He vacuumed it out, spent way more time than necessary trying to light the pilot for me. Eventually we decided it was too wet to light. So he came back the next day and lit the pilot for me. I am beyond happy with how this turned out and will definitely call them for all my future plumbing needs. There aren’t a lot of reviews for them but i’m happy i took the chance.

this company was terrible, he came out quoted me 2,800 i called a different company for my leak they quoted me 250.00, please avoid this company which is really one person who handles all calls to your home

Exceeded expectations. I made an emergency night call and he promised to arrive in 20 minutes — made it in 15. Fixed the leak faster than expected and charged less than his original quote. A definite recommend!

We had an emergency, and called Emergency Response Plumbing. He was at the house within 30 min, and had the problem taken care of in even less time. He was courteous over the phone and gave me an estimate without asking. When he arrived he was professional and so pleasant to interact with. I couldn’t have been happier with the service we received and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a plumber.
