Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Was slow maby 3 customers when I order bacon cheeseburger was no bacon and too dry not good at all my first time in the location with bad experience

Nothing beats In-​N-​Out in my opinion.
Food (³⁄₅): honestly their burgers are fine. But I feel like every time I eat them it’s kind of messy. However I do appreciate their variety of regular or Cajun style fries as well as the pick for free toppings. They also have complimentary peanuts.
Customer Service (⁴⁄₅): really nice service. Came recently and one guy who took our orders was really nice and sweet. He asked how I was doing and was nice and conversational.
Overall there’s a typical foodie controversial between in-​n-​out and five guys. I’ve just grown up eating in-​n-​out so I guess I do have my biased opinions. However I do also like that comparatively five guys is more expensive and I do have a weak spot for the animal style fries at In-​n-​out.

I came in right before closing today. They let us stay 20 minutes after closing and were soooo nice! The burgers are great. The toppings are unlimited. The shakes are yummy. The Cajun fries are delicious. Definitely a must.

Quick service, polite people good food. Pretty clean though the place can get mighty busy during normal peak hours. Fries are the bomb, burgers are juicy.

The fries were undercooked and the price were higher than the moon. I would not suggest anyone to come here unless you was to get a free sick day at work for food poisoning. pray for the people who eat here because the chef needs to go to culinary school!

Love this place! Only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but for the amount and quality of food you get, it’s worth it. You can order online and have it ready for pick up too, which makes it a great alternative to those ridiculous lines at their main competitor up the street.

5 stars for the bomb Cajun fries.
–4 stars for the lady at the end of the assembly line… The one putting the fries in the bag and calling out finished order numbers.
10÷16÷16 the middle aged? brunette short lady called out my order. We ordered Cajun fries but got regular fries. My boyfriend went up to tell her and she said do you want a side of Cajun?
We wanted Cajun fries, but instead we got a little cup of Cajun seasoning? LOL
then I sat down and started eating and like halfway through my burger noticed my little bacon cheeseburger was just a cheeseburger. Didn’t bring it up because I already ate like half before I realized, but whatever
I wasn’t really bothered until I saw another guest going up to the same lady and it looked like she was saying «no, I’m right and you’re wrong»
I wish they had a little survey line for me to call and say something. So annoying.

If you’re looking for a good burger place, this is the place. The food tasted so fresh which was one of the best things about the place. The costumer service was amazing as well, the guy at the cash register was kind enough to explain the items on the menu. Overall this was a really good place to come, a little pricey but you really do get your money’s worth of food, and fries!

Taste of the burgers: Meh.
Taste of the fries: Better than meh, but not astoundingly good.
Pop selection: Amazing.

I’ve given Five Guys a whole bunch of chances, but I’m just not that hot on spending so much on a burger that I feel is average at best. It isn’t just this location though, all of their burgers taste the same — bland and greasy.
Also, while I like the peanuts, I just don’t see how it goes with burgers. Most times I associate peanuts in shells with steakhouses & whatnot — not a burger joint.

GEART FOOD! In love with this place! Go big or go home! I have came here many times each time the food is great! Love it sooo much!

THE BURGER NOMZ.
My friend always raves about five guys burgers, so one day I decided to try it with a couple days. I got a little cheeseburger with onions, tomato and lettuce and their small French fries. The burger turned out to be the perfect size. It was moist and delicious! The fries were okay. They were a little soggy and definitely needed ketchup.
HERES A TIP: if you want a lot of fries, the small is roughly a medium because they add one scoop which fills the cup and then another scoop on top of it. If you’re craving a medium sized fry, GET THE SMALL. You save money this way and you get plenty of fries!
I definitely would recommend this place to anyone craving a burger.

This is the place to go for a supreme Burger, let me clear not many places can out do this place for their style of hamburger, now I will admit there are better burger places in my opinion, but for a hefty size two fisted burger this is the place to go.

Slow service and and they only had Diet sodas I would never go back to that location again

It’s my second or third time here, and I always forget that the «Hamburger» is actually a double-​patty burger. If you want a single patty, you have to order the «Small Hamburger» — somewhat misleading.
The next issue I have with this place is that you have to order your fries plain unless you enjoy really salty fries. We did, they’re perfect with just a little ketchup on the side.
Lastly, their music selection, while enjoyable, is just a bit too loud. We came here instead of In-​N-​Out because we thought it wasn’t going to be as loud. Wrong!
Anyhow, these are the reasons why they didn’t get 5-​Stars from me. Overall, the food quality and service is great, and it’s affordable (even when you accidentally order the double burger) — Oh, and my wife wishes they had regular chili peppers. :)

Just tried out Five Guys & all I gotta say is «Goodbye In-​n-​Out»! The burger was so juicy & the fries were fries to perfection!
It’s a pretty loud spot, kind of small but I enjoyed it. The music was great & the vibe is fun. The employees all seemed to be happy to be there & asked for a first time explanation which was great!
I ordered a cheeseburger (comes double party) with mayo, ketchup, lettuce, grilled onions & mushrooms. My father, mother & I split fries.
Such a great tasting patty & plenty of fries to go around! Left me full & satisfied. I cannot wait to go back!
Oh & they have free peanuts!

I think with Five Guys you either love it or hate it and I’m on the love side… Totally my guilty pleasure (don’t let myself have it too often, of course). And yes, the answer is yes it does cost more than In-​n-​Out but it’s a totally different experience here and you have a lot more reign over how your burger will taste. I personally, I get all the green stuff (and mushrooms) I can throw on there to make me feel a tad better about eating a colossal cheeseburger. If you want your toppings grilled make sure to specify. Also, if you’ve never been here the «little» hamburgers/“little” cheeseburgers are single patty and hamburgers/​cheeseburgers are double. I usually don’t order fries but one order is enough for 2 – 3 people to share.

Five Guys Burger is so freaking delicious that the first time i tried it it was like magic in my mouth. i will definitely be back soon.

I’m giving this Five Guys location five stars because of its outstanding customer service. While we ate our meal, we were asked twice if everything was going well or if we needed anything. On our way out, the staff said goodbye and «have a great rest of your day!»
The food was outstanding, but Five Guys is always outstanding, in my Unilocal opinion. But like I said, this review is five stars because of the amazing customer service. Keep it up, Five Guys of Moreno Valley!

Riverside? What am I doing in Riverside? Oh, that’s right, it’s work related. How do I make up for it? I mean, forcing me to drive way over here and spend two days. There has to be some way to compensate me for my time and effort.
Hey! A Five Guys Burgers! I just might make it through now. Let’s see if they’re up to the task of satisfying my need for hand-​formed ground beef and Cajun fries. And I’m hungry.
I order the Hamburger which is two beef patties and the Cajun fries. You want one patty? Order the Little Hamburger. These fries with the delicious spices are one of my weaknesses. A regular order of fries is really enough for two people. I’d share if you were here with me, but watch your fingers (you could end up losing one or two).
I have a seat to wait for my burger to cook. Get a handful of peanuts. Sit down, crack peanut shells and read some Unilocal musings.
The food is ready in short order. Its hot and good. I forget where I am.
The place was clean and still looked new. The staff was friendly and fast. Thank you Five Guys, you made my trip bearable.
