Food 4 Less

Is an alright place inside, I always mind my own business and never try to make a conversation with nobody. I think that the most problem is in the parking lot it can get pretty hectic at times. You see kids running around no parents telling them anything. People driving at a high speed for a parking lot so hold on to your kids and always look everywhere when walking to your vehicle. There’s always people trying to sell you fake movies and asking for change.

I called 3 times and was hung up on, I came to the store to talk to the manager about the issue.
Eddy is a complete moron, I 100% believe he was the one who was picking up the phone unprofessionally and forgot he was at work answered it like it was his cell phone. Talking to people before he said hello.
I told him the situation and he said «what were u calling for?» Omg unbelievable! There was no apology for having such unprofessional people answering phones like that!
No wonder why this food 4 less is always a damn mess and extremely dirty. They have a manager like him I’m not at all surprised why its ran like crap.
I hate that this is the only food 4 less by my house.
Eddy is a horrible manager he needs training asap!

The food prices are good, and the quality is good but, you can’t get 2 feet from your car without someone coming up to you asking for money or for you to sign up for something. The security guards are useless. I’ve been shopping there for 10 plus years but today was the last straw. I won’t be going back.

They changed up the crab Louis salads… NO BUENO. THE DRESSING IS GROSS. And the crab… I know it’s imitation but ewww too fish and nasty. I will never again.

I have been a patron of Food 4 Less for years in the Los Angeles area. We moved out here to Moreno Valley a little over a month ago, and started to shop at this store. Today, I had an issue with the pricing on a package of sausage I purchased, as it was mislabeled. The cashier unfortunately did not provide very good customer service because she attempted to make me to accept the increased price on the meat although it was incorrect. I asked to speak to the manager. I hate that I did not get his name, because he deserves MAJOR praise for the way he handled this situation.
This man not only checked the price in the back, he pulled the tag to prevent confusion for other customers, gave me the meat and a FULL refund! He basically allowed me to keep the meat for the inconvenience! HE earned my loyalty to this store, because he went above and beyond to ensure that I was a happy customer.

They just renovated and added a butcher meat dept. i love that! i can choose from 1 to 5 lbs. instead of having to buy a pre-​packaged and selecting the amount i want. saves me money and time… only problem is the. whole store was rearranged and now i find stuff in the strangest places. if i find it at all. workers here are the bestest

my family has been going here for years, this is the place to go for fresh fruits and products for a cheaper price, compared to stater brothers, ralphs, walgreens and even walmart. but their meat products arent very good here, which is why its very cheap, i prefer the asian oriental stores in San Bernardino.
but this place is really ghetto, if you dont mind that just be aware of your surroundings at the parking lot, while my family was inside, my gas cap was stolen here and we just noticed when we got back our tank was already opened and the security guards didnt do anything about it (or he probably didnt see it) we had to report it to the store.
