George Lawson – Coldwell Banker

We had trouble in the past on buy a home. We stopped trying until we crossed paths with George Lawson at an open house. We gave him some info about us and then we were off looking at homes. He really understood we were looking for, he was very patient with us, and he was persistent on finding us our house. This review was long overdue. We moved in January and just got overwhelmed with the house. I had forgotten to write a review. I have to say people always said looking and buying a house was very stressful but with George it wasn’t. Also have to think his brother David Lawson for helping us with the loan. The duo work very well together. In the end we are very satisfied with our house and happy that George was able to help us. Thank you again!

If you are looking for someone who puts you first, picks your calls in a timely manner (even calls made at random hours of the week or weekend) and takes the time to answer all your questions in details, you will find that person in George. He has been an exceptional realtor/buyer’s agent to us. We crossed path with George randomly; my husband and I barely started looking for a house and had spoken to two realtors whom we were considering. However, we met George at a random open house and he provided us with details about the house and more. Even before we decided to choose him as our realtor, we would call him on his cell phone and he answered our questions and told us what we needed to do and would even tell us the bitter and honest truth in the nicest way. We loved that he was straight forward and there were no hidden taxes that he didn’t bring to the open. He made us understand short sale versus standard sale and so forth. He wanted us to know everything he knew about a house of our interest so there were no surprises. He showed us so many homes and remained patient the entire time. He never pushed or rushed us into making decisions. In addition, as a bonus to our experience, George referred us to our lender and they both made our home buying experience smooth and it felt like we were dealing with family members we could trust. They were very professional and told you the facts from day one. Currently, my husband and I are happily in escrow and it has been a smooth transition from searching, to making offers, signing lots of paper works, inspections, etc. George has so many professional contacts and resources from lenders to home inspectors, which made the process super easy! Even when we started going through «buyer’s remorse» after our offer was accepted, George was there to help calm our fears and answer all our questions. We cannot thank him enough for this wonderful journey towards finding our dream home. We cannot wait to close escrow and move in! We are grateful to George for exceeding our expectations and being dedicated, honest, patient and above all, God fearing.

I have bought 2 homes through George and currently seeking a third. I have found him to be TRULY concerned about my needs over his commissions.
He has helped me reduce my time commitment with searches and has provided additional photos of forgotten showings and filling in the blanks on missing info from incompetent listing agents.
He understands the various options with short sales, HUD, HAFA’s and wants to make sure I had a COMPLETE understanding of all of their nuances and pitfalls before .
