K & K Nail Spa

I am new to the area and I was looking for a nail tech that was just as fab as mine. I would drive 45 to see my nail tech, luckily I didn’t have to drive 45 mins to find this shop! I read the reviews on every local place in town to find the right shop! Let me just say the customer service was incredible! I made an appointment with jelly for 6:30 unfortunately she had clients come in at the same time, she then thought it was her appointment and when I told her I was her appointment not then she immediately explained to the customers that walked in that I made an appointment and honored me first. She didn’t turn the others away, mind you there were 3 full sets that came in. Anyway she did rush a little but still no complaints she did a good job. I have her 4 stars only because my coffin shaped nails were too short. Got them done 15 days ago and no lifting has occurred gel still in tact as it should. I got coffin shoes with matte mauve color. The gel she used was a brand I’ve never heard of but still looks great! I was charged $ 45 for full set, gel and matte. Overall happy with my nails. I will be trying out their eye lash extensions and fill. Update review to follow.

My husband and I just got out of the military life. So finding a great nail salon is tough. But this place is the best! We just moved to Riverside and I’ll drive 20 minutes to get the job done right. Kim’s amazing. She makes sure it’s on point before you leave

Kim and kelly are awesome!!! I went for my first time today after reading reviews and I’m definitely going to be there new forever client. I love the fact that they don’t rush and take there time. You can truly see how much they care for there customers.

Gel nails were so poorly done –thick and chunky. Was rushed from start to finish and didn’t listen to what i wanted. Ended up having to get them taken off. Walked out an hour later, in pain (they were rough with my cuticles) and with no nails to show for it.
When I got up to leave they seemed concerned. Perhaps they will read this and review the situation. I wish it were different.

Great place! Super clean! Everyone was polite & friendly. Did a great job on my nails. I had the Royal Pedicure, worth every penny! Will definitely be back!

My cousin recommended this place to me after the place I recommended to her was to busy to take her. She showed me a pic of her nails after she was finished and I immediately wanted to know who did them! After she said Kim I made an appointment the same week. Kim is amazing! She takes her time and does exactly what you ask. I wear my nails coffin shaped but I’m real particular about my shape and she shaped them perfectly! I ended up breaking a nail randomly the same day I got them done and when I came in the next morning to get it fixed Kim fixed it free of charge! Now that’s what I’m talking about!

This is my first time here and I desperately needed a manicure and I decided to get a pedicure for the first time as well. The lady kind of pushed me into getting the luxury pedicure but it was fine since I wanted to splurge on my first one. Definitely worth it! Since they are new, they were very nice and accommodating, even though they sounded super busy. I lucked out and got my mani and pedi started as soon as I walked in.
Overall, I’m happy with my mani and pedi. I wished I had more time on the massage chair lol I will most likely be back, but will probably call ahead of time to make an appointment.

K & K Nail Spa is a nice location that is new, clean, affordable (20% off services) with modern manicure/​pedicure stations. Kelly performed my manicure and pedicure. Kelly is kind, thorough, hardworking and great at her job. She was excellent, especially at the cuticle and dead skin removal. She engages with her clients with friendly conversation and had several clients waiting for her care. Eyebrow waxing seems to be a popular service there. The only issue is that I did not recognize the main nail polish brand that they use and it lacked the lasting power of a brand like, OPI. My manicure chipped on the 1^st day. So, I would recommend upgrading to gel or requesting a stronger top coat.

Finally! I found a good nail place in Moreno Valley. This salon is nice and clean, equipment is nice and new. Massage chairs work great. I had my pedicure done by Kim who did an outstanding job, I didn’t even have to point out removing the ingrown nails, she did it all and did it very well. The nail polish looks good so far, it’s not OPI or any brand name I recognize so I hope it holds up well. They’re very customer service focused which I appreciate.
My only advice if you’re thinking of coming is to call first and put your name down, I came in and they were very busy. I’m glad I was able to come back later.

I found this place because my niece had went there and recommended it to me. I went in and the place was very clean. I asked for almond shaped nails and I had never been more satisfied than now. The woman paid very close attention to detail. Which is rare for me to find. I love the way she did my nails and I will definitely be coming back! The prices were fair also I paid $ 25 for a full set with the almond shape and my sister had paid $ 32 for her full set with gel nail polish. So I highly recommend you give them a try!

Really great service truly enjoy my pedi by peter. He gets every detail. I’m so pleased, I will most definitely will be back.

I love this nail salon!!! Kelly and Kim are the best nail technicians I know. They can do anything!!! I have been going since they opened two months ago, actually I follow Kelly to which ever salon she goes too, she is awesome with ingrown toenails my feet are very happy. The customer service at K & K is awesome!!! They have a very relaxing atmosphere and are very friendly. You get water to drink without even asking which you don’t get at most nail places, and I have been to a few in the inland empire. I can not recommend this salon enough.
