Ron the tree man is amazing! My fiancé and I had him bring a huge birch down for us, and he brought it down flawlessly! Fast, efficient, professional, and easy to work with! We highly recommend him!

We had an overgrowth on shrubs, dead trees, infected trees, weeds that had become trees… and it all needed to go to make way for the healthy trees to shine and new drought-​tolerance landscaping. Ron and his crew worked hard for four solid days to clear it all out! He communicated often and watched out for other problems along the way and alerted us to them. We are very happy with his help!

Amazing service! A few weeks ago my kitten got stuck up in a tree around 9pm on a Wednesday night, my first thought was to call the firehouse (but little did I know saving kittens stuck in trees is not in their job description). So I looked up tree trimming near my area and luckily I came across Portola Tree Service. The man I spoke to (unfortunately I’ve forgot his name) was more than happy to come over and help rescue my distressed kitten in below 40 degree weather. He came over in a very timely manner and had my kitten down in no time. He was extremely polite and worked efficiently, so glad to know there are still wonderful people out there willing to give a helping hand no matter what the time. I would recommend his services to anyone.
