After my second time dining here, I decided to write a review. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich on grilled bread,(panini) I wish I had noticed what type of bread it was on the posted menu, but I did not. As I ate the sandwich I thought it was okay, but I kept thinking it was missing something. Then it occurred to me what it was. This needs to be served with two dill pickle wedges! Two would be needed since the sandwich is cut in half, and each is sizable. I think this could be considered for added taste and flair. The sandwich was quite good, and I finished most if it.

This is the absolute worst coffee shop in existence. Not only is my coffee always burnt, if you get cream cheese on your bagel(barley toasted) they will hardly spread any on it. When you ask for cream cheese and you get a bagel with no visible cream cheese, I think that’s an issue. I’ve ordered plenty of different sandwiches. Most of the time they don’t make them as they are displayed on the menu, for example the turkey sausage spinach sandwich(can’t remember what number it is on the menu) has NEVER came with spinach when I’ve ordered it as it’s supposed to be. The sausage is microwaved and has cold spots and the microwaved eggs are very watery. They put sausage on a breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have bacon the other day. The ice cap ice crusher is never working so they are never made properly. Never has ice, the drink is supposed to be frozen. I once ordered a latte and asked how many shots were in a small, the woman replied, there is no espresso in the latte. That’s only what makes it a latte! Espresso and steamed milk! Honestly if this wasn’t right down the hill from where I worked I would never go here. I only go when absolutely necessary. They just suck. Seriously suck.

I wasn’t really impressed with the coffee here. It’s the same price as Starbucks and isn’t nearly as good. The soups and sandwiches look decent enough and the baked goods looked fresh, but I won’t be trying any of them.

I must start by saying I’m a huge Timmy’s fan, so when I saw one exciting the interstate on our way into Morgantown, I was thrilled. I’ve been to at least 50 Timmy’s in the US and Canada, possibly more and this one is definitely the worst. There were two guys working when we stopped in for an afternoon tea and pastry. Neither had a clue how to do anything. In fact, our cashier, who works here, told us there should be no Tim Hortons south of the border and that the previous shift didn’t do their job and left the place empty. He was correct. There were no cookies, five bagels left in the store, they were out of English Breakfast tea and one of the guys had to go on a scavenger hunt to find Earl Gray. The pastries were missing, too. Rather than make more, the guys didn’t know what to do and took 10 minutes to make tea. This is an embarrassment to Timmy’s, a chain which prides itself on great service, quick service and many options. Time to gut the afternoon shift and bring on employees who want to be here and won’t badmouth the company. Hey management, we came on Wed, Nov 19th at 3pm. It shouldn’t be hard to figure out who was working.

The donuts were fresh and so good. The coffee and coffee drinks were super big and delicious. For $ 8 we got two donuts, an XL coffee and a lg ice latte. Great place
