My mom has been seeing Dr. Brian Smith as her primary care physician for the past 5 years. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. He explains things in a way that my 86 year old mother can understand. He also speaks directly to me to make sure that I understand the details that my mom won’t retain. Dr. Smith has been able to make excellent recommendations when my mom needs to see a specialist. I would use Dr. Smith myself if his office wasn’t 90 minutes from my home.

Called asked if they took my health ins. They said yes. I go in they say they don’t take it and it will cost $ 80. Go in after waiting 1.5 hours past appt time, doctor does not know what’s wrong with me. Come out, secretary charges me $ 185. Distressed is an understatement.
