I am the type of guy who used to go to the most convenient, local salon/​barber to get my hair done… that is until I met Louis at Washington street Barber Shop! Upon entering the shop, I was instantly impressed with the design, amenities and overall ambiance of the shop. Louis invited me to sit in his chair and I explained what I wanted done & walked out with what felt was the best haircut I had EVER. Since then, I have only gone to Louis & every time I sit in the chair, I don’t need to advise him of what I want done, for he has «learned my hair» and cuts it to perfection each time! Without a doubt, Louis & Washington St. barber shop is the best around and for a $ 20 haircut, it’ll beat any high end salon, charging $ 50+ for a men’s haircut!

Been going here for a couple years now, best buzz cut in the area. Louis is always friendly and gives a good cut. Will keep going back.

I waited with my son for him to get a hair cut for over one hour. A person walks in off the street and the barber takes this person before my child. I would NEVER use this place. People are very RUDE. I walked out after waiting for an hour and took my teen to a much better and nicer place.

I’d say this barber shop is just «OK». The prices are low ($ 17 for a men’s haircut), but you definitely get what you pay for. This is a no-​frills kind of place…
The experience is very similar to SuperCuts or GreatClips… nothing to write home about.
