We had a great experience with them. The price was extremely good, the interactions were professional, and they were done when they said they would be done. And a problem that was not of their making came up at the last minute, and they went out of their way to accommodate us and were very cool and a huge help. We recommend them!

The company does not communicate issues/​delays to it’s customers. As a paying customer, you shouldn’t have to call and speak to a manager to find out why an entire bedroom of carpet was not installed. Also, each person you talk to will give you a different excuse about misordering of products. The receptionist will say your quarter round accidentally left off the order. The owner will then tell you that it was on back-​order. The owner will actually hang up on you when called out about it the inconsistencies.
