Fantastic place! The staff is very kind and knowledgeable! Kerry and Masha are so kind and professional. I highly recommend this place. My daughters recently got a facial with Masha, and the results were great! Masha provided my daughters with a great deal of information on how to properly take care of their skin, and they learned a lot. I also got botax and an IPL and loved it. thank you Revive!

I am so embarrassed to be writing this as I am not one to do this. Such an unprofessional office, one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Basicaly I had voluma injected in my tear troughs when I originally wanted restylane (1syringe for each eye) voluma caused me pain and stiffness in the right eye. I had perelane injected in the lips (1full syringe) the product was completed gone within 3 hours called there office 2 days later had me go in twice in one week never saw Dr. Shaban. Called there office 5 times in one day asking Dr. Shaban to give me a call back regarding my case never did Dr. Shaban return my call. I live in Nipomo during my 2^nd evaluation within one week of driving back and fourth, they wanted me to come in a 3^rd time so Dr. Shaban can actually see me? I don’t understand why they couldn’t schedule me with Dr. Shaban the first time instead of having me drive back and fourth. They never offered to fix my lips or my eyes, they offered me 10% off my next syringe (I paid $ 1400 for 2 syringes) which is ridicoulous. I never wanted any money back or a discount I just wanted my issue fixed. I have had my lips done many times before (at other practices) and never have I encountered this Issue. I know several colleagues who have gone to this practice where they have had there issues fixed at no charge. I called the corporate office of peralene told them about my issues sent photos and they agreed as to the product not working. They were willing to give Dr. Shaban a syringe but they need her to call corporate with my reference number. She never returned my call out of the 5 times I called asking to speak to her. They refunded me $ 258 for my lips (I paid $ 1400) never offered to fix my lips which is what I would have preferred over a refund. They never called me back on my issue regarding my eye pain and stiffness the voluma caused. I asked there office to send me my records they ignored me. I contacted the medical board and they did let me know they have 15 days to do so. I let Shannon Know that I contacted the medical board for the release of my records and she emailed me back asap. This whole situation has been bizarre please beware!

I was in a very bad car accident forty years ago. The staff at Dr. Shaban has done an amazing job filling in the scars on my face and correcting the asymmetry of my lips. Shannon is always so welcoming and makes you feel so relaxed. Kerry and Milay are so nice and are very knowledgeable about what they are doing. Last time I came in Milay filled in the scars on my face and made my lips look the same on both sides. I looked amazing for the first time in forty years and after seeing the fantastic results I was brought to tears. I wish I had done this years ago! I am turning 60 this month and people don’t believe me when I tell them that. Thank you so much!

Dr. Shaban, Kerry, and Milay are all wonderful. I have gone there for many years, and my skin is near perfect. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been a client for over five years, receiving fillers for ‘smile lines’ that almost erased them at prices lower than most. I am almost 70 years old and became a widow in 2013. Recently I asked Dr. Shaban to make my face look as good as possible: the results are wonderful. Now I feel pretty again and look forward to the next decades of my life with renewed confidence, enthusiasm and great expectations.

These guys are awesome!!! I love this place. I go there for the cosmetic side. All the girls are wonderful. Kerry, Shannon, Ashley and Tara, and Dr. Shaban. They are sweet, professional, funny and all around a great group of women. I don’t know what I would have done without this place. I had been going somewhere else that was local and really walking away unhappy. As soon as I walked into Revive I knew I was in the right place. They made me feel welcomed and had complete compassion. Kerry is an artist. She is super sweet and honest and is very good at what she does. Kerry not only fixed the mistakes from someone else, she has made my face look so beautifully natural and lovely that I am walking on air. I feel so beautiful and I have started to get compliments again on my skin and just over all look. I don’t care what anyone says… you feel better when you feel like you look good. After the awful work that I had previously with at another office and the completely lack of consideration for my feelings that really sent me on a long downward spiral. It was has been such a blessing to be revived literally and supported by these beautiful ladies. If you are thinking about doing anything cosmetically or you are unhappy with who your
currently using… definitely give this place a try. I am so super happy with everything, including my outcome!!! Thanks Ladies!

This is the best place to go if you want to look younger! I have been going to Dr. Shaban’s office for years and no one can ever guess my age. I will be 59 soon and everyone thinks I’m 50 or less:). Milay is my favorite but everyone is so wonderful there, you always feel so well taken care of. And dr. Shaban has the lowest prices around this area. I would highly recommend doing Sculptra for anti aging along with a filler or two. Do yourself a favor and go for a consultation, you won’t regret it! It’s changed my life! Cheers to looking younger :):)

I had previously gone to another medi-​spa for skin treatments and was assured that there was little I could do about the bags under my eyes and my general look of tiredness, dispite getting plenty of sleep. I decided to go for a consultation with Milay for a second opinion. To say that I am pleasantly surprised and happy with the results would be a massive understatement! Not only did I receive expert care, but I was shown non invasive options that I had no idea existed! I can honestly say that I will never go anywhere else. The level of skill and professionalism is unmatched here, and the prices are actually much lower than any other place I have looked. Which is almost as important to me as having someone with
Milays talent handle my face.

I have had botox, IPL and other miscellaneous treatments at several Med Spas over the years. I went to this office and was very impressed… I’m an RN as well and am very picky. The office was clean and welcoming and the staff was fantastic. I saw Kerry for hand IPL and also had Dysport. She was amazing, friendly and informative. I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything. I asked questions about certain products that I had researched and was interested in.
I felt that they truly cared about my treatments. Love my Dysport by Kerry and my hands are looking great. I will return to this office!

Ask for Kerry or Millay!
I’ve long read about cosmetic procedures gone wrong! And I never really thought I’d ever actually have anything done! But after looking at my thin, unvoluptuous lips for one too many years, I finally relented and made an appointment for a consultation. Enter: Millay. She was, again, recommended by someone!- and she was exactly as billed! I was very, VERY nervous. I mean: this is my FACE! She was so knowledgeable! And made me feel so at ease. On the final appointment day: she was an ARTISTE! Go to no one else for cosmetic procedures! I am the WORST at trusting people! But already on the same day as the procedure: I’ve booked my next! I mean: really: this is my FACE! You cant run. You can’t hide! Her work and her expertise speaks for itself Immediately!
She is the reason Unilocal exists! Highly recommended! Enough Said!
As an addendum to this review, I have to add that Kerry is amazing, as well. I went to her one Saturday due to my schedule and she is AMAZING!!! What a great office!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Shaban and her staff! They are professional, compassionate and are highly knowledgeable and experienced. I feel at home as soon as I walk in the door and walk out feeling absolutely beautiful!!! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and also plan on being a patient of hers for many years to come.

Fantastic! Great prices — Truly the most wonderful doctor/​patient experience. Dr. Shaban is nothing short of fantastic! Had Dysport & Restylane. Dysport completely got rid of frown lines & I even went out three days later. Restylane immediately filled in hollows under eyes and softened deep lines around mouth/​nose area. Slight bruising takes a week to completely heal, but I am so ready for the Holiday’s. I can’t believe I waited this long — worth saving my money for. Such a devoted fan now. Customer appreciation is the tops!
