We usually love Olive Garden but this was not a good one. Most of the food was good, but the salad did not seem very fresh. I asked for lemon in my water & they put 5 huge slices in there — a little much. The servers were very nice but the biggest problem was that there was so much loud profanity & arguing coming out of the kitchen that it ruined the experience for us.

Although I don’t normally visit this Olive Garden location, tonight I made an exception-Mistake! We asked the young lady that seated us for a high chair, which never appeared. When our server came, we have our drink order which went without error. Then we gave him our food order and asked for a child booster, which we had to ask for a second time. The food came out staggered, meaning each person received their food at different times. The worse part of the meal came with my meal– I ordered the New Chicken con Broccoli pot pie. It came last. After my second bite, I had the longest black hair in my mouth-Gross. Thank goodness the server, A. J. was at the table and experienced me pulling the hair from my mouth. I had a sickening feeling in my stomach. I gave him the hair on a napkin which he quickly removed along with the meal. Shortly afterwards Brian the manager appeared giving his sincere apologies. He said all cook staff wear hair nets and beard nets. He asked if I would like another pie and I immediately responded NO. Again, he apologized and asked if he could do anything. I refused. He gave me a $ 15OG gift card and said he hope I would return. As we finished our meal the server never refilled our beverages. We asked him earlier for a to go soup cup for our toddler which he forgot, we had to ask the person that brought our food for the cup. SMH, very disappointed. I will continue to patronize our regular location and not this one. Although their health score was a 96, the floors were dirty and a chair at our table was badly soiled.

The manager made things right. YOUGETMOREFOODANDBETTERQUALITYFOODFROMTHEFREESAMPLESATCOSTCOANDSAM’S My son was studying for a mini-mester final. I thought I would order him some study food as a morale booster. I ordered food online to be picked up in a couple of hours. When we went to pick it up it seemed like there was a sufficient amount. There were many containers in the bag. When we arrived home over an hour later(Jonesboro Rd was closed down), we opened up the containers and what we found made me so angry I called corporate for a refund(which they said I could have but have NOT given me). In one container was the«lobster ravioli» there were two ravioli, not two orders, two squares. The next two containers had microscopic amounts of fettuccini. The next was a dried up, over cooked parmesan chicken that was hard enough to chip teeth. Worst was the gnocchi soup(my son’s favorite thing from there). It was watered down and there was NO gnocchi or chicken(Why even call it «gnocchi soup» at that point?!). It was runny as though they scraped the bottom of the pot and added water to make it stretch. $ 30 dinner for two and all of it could fit in two small soup containers. This Olive Garden sucks. Never again… and yes, I took pics. If only Unilocal would allow us to post our own photos. Update: The manager called and said he would give me a refund by Wednesday. If it doesn’t come through, I will update again. Otherwise, I am happy to let people know they are attempting to make things right.

The waiter we had was new. 2nd day on the job. However we didn’t know it but it wouldn’t have matter because it took 20 minutes to order appetizers and another 20 to get drinks. We asked for the salad and bread sticks. We had to tell him to put our order in for the meal. 1 hr and 30 minutes later we still had no meal our cups were dry and we were waiting. We asked for our meal to be packaged to go. We asked for the manager he was apologetic and what not. He explained that it was the young lads second day. The guy was nice and all but now we aren’t in the mood. He comped the food and finally our order came out. We get home open the food and my order is wrong. The taste is horrible and the portions were to. We ordered the build your tour of Italy. Needless to say it was just like the service.

Where should I start… well the service was terrible all the way from the manager down to the waitress. For starters, we were sat in the very back, by the emergency exit to be exact, and from then on it seemed as though we were an afterthought and not treated with as much respect as my mother and I deserved. About 5 to 10 minutes later a couple came in sat down and there order was immediately taken. The other couples soup and salad immediately came out while we were still waiting on our appetizer, and entrée that we already ordered. The drinks were terrible which we had to send back for another drink that we didn’t get until about 30 minutes later. Throughout the whole ordeal our waitress acted as if the situation was minuscule as she had no urgency to alleviate our growing situation. Once the manager was called he also acted nonchalant about the situation, telling my mother and I that the situation would be fixed. The situation was indeed not fixed and the manager had to be called over for a second time to «fix the bill». All in all every single part of my experience at this particular Olive Garden was very disappointing.

Had the seafood Alfredo, and cream chicken soup. Tasted great. The service was terrible. Appetizers did not come out at all. Waiter kept getting drinks confused and messed up the split check.

Every time I come here it’s either good or bad, the server that I had was rude, but to make it worse, he barely checked up on my table, usually they ask if you want salad or soup, he didn’t even bother to ask us wether or not we wanted which, after that, it took them 40 mins to a hour to get us out food! Like really, and when we finally got our food, the server didn’t even ask if we needed anything, idk if it was the fact we look like a young couple, but that’s not customer service, I used to work in the customer service field and that’s not customer service, we sat there and watched our waiter go back n forth to the other tables he had, but didn’t come to ours, he would look over and give a quick glance and keep moving, I don’t recommend this Olive Garden due to my experience here!

The chicken and garlic alfredo is best meal I’ve had here! The promotion they have right now is sooooooo reasonable. The margarita is to die for.

So stopped in her on a weekend night, now I know if you stop into a restaurant wanting to pick up food on there most busiest night you better be prepared for a wait. So strange that the parking lot wasn’t too busy [good/bad sign maybe?], Went inside & it really wasn’t that crowded. So why did it take 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was alive & take my order? better yet in a restaurant that wasn’t that crowded why did it take so long to get my food. And better yet why did I wish I didn’t get it after I started eating it. Now I see why this is one of the businesses marked to go under in 2014

A couple of years back, I banned Olive Garden and when someone asked if I wanted to go, I would tell them… «I don’t eat that!» My bf has been trying to get me to go for years so one day I gave in and glad I did. The food was great! You have to try the fried zuchinni… delicous!

I came here for my date nite. We were seated immediately, received prompt service from our waitress, and had a short waiting time for our food– can’t really ask for more than that ;) Moreover, the establishment was clean. Honestly, I only came because of the 3 course meal special. I was not disappointed either. I got the salad, breadsticks, the 5 Cheese Marinara Penne with Shrimp, and the Strawberry Cream Cake. Everything was tasty and to my liking– all under 13.00, I’m not complaining at all! My spouse, on the other hand, wanted to be greedy and order the Tour of Italy, he regretted it and wished he’d not gotten on that bus. Everything tasted store bought rather than freshly made including and especially the chicken patty from the chicken parmigiana. I tasted it and had to agree with him. If it wasn’t for the«grilled chicken flat bread» he’d ordered as a appetizer, he would’ve went home hungry because he surely didn’t eat the other stuff. I stand corrected, anytime a restaurant offers 3 entrees on one plate, it’s always the stuff they’re trying to get rid of that nobody wants, happens everytime. Why four stars? Hey, my food was good. I plan to come back, with or without my significant other lol, no complaints here

Took forever to get food to our group of 10. Soup and salad should have been endless but we had to ask for more. Overall good service but slow for 11 am with no crowds. I tried the 3 Course dinner for $ 12.95. The salad was GREAT as always. The Chicken and Gnocchi soup is rich and creamy. I usually don’t like creamy white stuff in my mouth but I did enjoy this soup. :) It only had 4 pieces of Gnocchi in it so I was disappointed in that. But the flavor and amount of chicken is always on point.(Once I get this home I water it down a little to make it thinner.) Smoked Mozzarella Chicken and Penne Pasta was my main entrée. Wonderful flavor, plenty of meat and cheese. But where was the sauce? I took mine to go and did not realize that a co-worker was complaining that it was too dry. Well I had the same experience when I got home. Other than that this would have been a great dish! My dessert was the Dolcini with nuts on the top. I did not eat it so I have no idea if it was good or not. I will go back again if for nothing else then for the Soup and Salad. But I was not impressed by this location at all.

I’ll be honest, I had a terrible experience with an Olive Garden back in 2005, so much so that on that first visit, I banned them and never stepped foot into one again, until Friday afternoon for lunch with co-workers. I gotta say I was impressed, both by the service and attention to detail, immediately taking care of things like a dirty dish, replenishing nice hot bread sticks without asking and for honestly lifting my Olive Garden Ban. I got the endless soup and salad and enjoyed their salad(italian dressing comes already on, but you can at least hold the cheese) along with the ministrone soup for just under $ 7. Get here early because after we left to go back to work, the parking lot and tables were packed
