At The Lake Vacation Rentals

Bad property realtors; they want money for rentals, but then don’t check their house cleaners work or lack there of. They also nickel and time the owners. Don’t trust your rental through these people and company — they suck!!! Lots of items broken, hidden from renters — they definitely don’t take before and after pictures and put it all on the owner and want to charge the owner for everything! Yep — run from this company and don’t let them rent your property!!!

Rented 18 Oak Island Road, Meredith, NH from 8÷15−8÷22÷15 from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, LLC. It was a beautiful house located right on Lake Winnipesaukee. However, on Monday night, there was suddenly a bat in the house. As frightened as we were, we got it out. We thought it was just a fluke. On Friday morning at 2:30, there was yet another bat in my son’s bedroom where he, his wife and four and two year old sons were sleeping. We exhaustedly got it out. Spoke to Mark from At The Lake Vacation Rentals at 9:30 and said we were leaving after we packed and cleaned up the house. My husband asked him for the last night’s rental fee back as it wasn’t safe to sleep there another night. He said no because we didn’t call when the bats were there. Terrible agency! Horrible customer service. Renters beware!!!
