I have been coming here for a few months. Service is excellent and you can’t beat the prices! My only regret is getting a gel manicure here. It only lasted 5 days and then chipped off on multiple fingers. I had flakes in my hair, on my clothes, and all around my desk at work. Their normal manicure usually lasts at least 7 – 8 days and I expected more because of what I paid. With that being said, I still recommend universal, just not for gel!

This is a busy place, so I recommend making an appointment before you come in. Do not be annoyed if they are too busy to take a walk in; appointment clients ALWAYS will been done first. It’s only fair. Ben did my nails, who in the past has done very good work. But this time he was too rushed and did an extremely uncomfortable and mishapen set of acrylics. Most of them lifted and I had to have them fixed elsewhere. Polish was all over my cuticles too. Since they don’t have a receptionist you have to deal with Ben answering the phone all the way through your appointment if he is working on you. It really slows things down, and I feel it is extremely unprofessional. Their prices are very cheap but I feel you’re getting what you pay for. Even though I’ve had good experiences here in the past, I will not be returning because of my unpleasant time last time.

I was suggested this place by many people that told me they loved it here, but I did not like it. I’ve given this place many opportunities to make my money there worth it. The staff was rude and rushed, and my acrylics were sloppily done. I was also told by 3 people they have gotten infections from this place.

Great service and pedicure. Recently went to local place that charged me$ 20 more than here. I think their nail tech needs today’s visit here to learn how to do pedicures properly

My regular salon was busy so we decided to try out Universal and i’m glad we did! I needed my nails done for a wedding i was in and they did not disappoint. Called ahead and got an appt, but they got us in right away. I got the gel polish nails and to my surprise it comes with paraffin treatment. Very nice shop with plenty of techs! Definitely will be back!

They do get busy so an appointment is suggested, but I walked in and they took me right away. Tony gave me a great gel, French manicure in record time. Prices are reasonable and I will definitively be back.
