Pump It Up

There wasn’t any ac in the arenas where the inflatables were. The inflatables were deflated, which made it dangerous and nearly impossible to jump. They had foam wedges as ramps to get into the inflatables but there was a gap in between them and the inflatable which made it easy to get a child’s leg stuck **HELLO BROKEN ANKLE**. They need some major repairs. They’re were leaks with buckets underneath them. Not happy. Will not ever go back. This is an injury waiting to happen. Not safe for young children especially.

We had our son’s second birthday there today and we were really, really pleased. Great customer service and all the employees were great to work with and wonderful with the kids. It was nice to be able to sit back and play along with my son and all his friends (including the adults!) while the employees took care of everything. We really had a blast would definitely do another party there again. We will also highly recommend to friends and family!

This place is FABULOUS! We just moved to Mt. Juliet from Los Angeles and were SO impressed when we went to Pump It Up tonight! I called ahead and found out that there was a private party at 5:30, so we started in Room B and then when the party started, we moved to Room A. It worked perfectly! The only negative is that the smell was really strong plastic/​chemical but when I asked about it, they said they had just gotten new carpet. I’m hoping the smell will lessen over time. Also, there were a lot of little toddlers and the place could use a designated section for them so they don’t get run over by the big kids. All in all, Pump It Up is an AMAZING value for the price. My kids were sweaty and grinning ear to ear by the time we left. We’ll be back for sure! :)

Kids love this place, so do the big kids. We always have fun at the Pump it Up locations!

Came for open jump after being told it was till 7pm on Fridays and closed for private parties on weekends. 30 minutes after arriving we were told to leave the main jump room for a private party and we could only bounce in the one small room. Ask manager for a return trip voucher so we could leave and come back when we could use the entire place like we paid for. He said sorry no vouchers we never guarantee you can use the whole place. My question so what is open jump then? Go figure. Two kids claimed to be the managers who obviously never had any formal training or guidance. Also were told the rock was was to open at 4pm, which we came for and it never did. Will never come again, what a joke of a business.

Place is really cool. Really noisy and great for kids the bouncy castles are by far something maybe extreme for the lil ones but I had a blast
