Beach Bum Tanning Mount Kisco

I love this Beach Bum more than the other ones mainly because of the staff. I drive 40 minutes because of my preference. The girls are so nice! One time, I was working late and had my daughter with me, I called asking how late they stay open as if they would stay opener later if I got there AT 10 when they close and they said yes. I always chat about my day when I go, the girls are so friendly. I’ve been going for years and I will never go pale again! Kate gave me one of the best sprays I’ve ever gotten! This place is wicked

The other reviews saying this place is clean must be fake, because this place is FILTHY. Handprints all over the outdated UV tanning beds. You can feel the lotion from the people that used the bed before. Acrylic in bed in 2^nd room on right has been cracked for YEARS and is «repaired» with scotch tape. So sanitary. No new beds since they’ve been opened (even since previous location). I have a feeling the bulbs used aren’t the appropriate ones because I don’t get tan like I used to in the same beds. 1 outdated mystic tan booth that rarely works, and when it does, rarely has any spray tan solution to go with it. They’ve run out of solution twice in one month — that I know of. The owner doesn’t understand how to stock product ahead of time. I’ve walked into mystic tan booth and had to stand in a puddle of spray tan and water while getting tanned. Handprints all over walls, booth, lotion dispenser covered in lotion from previous tanner. Always out of baby wipes to wipe spray tan off your hands. Recently they’ve done away with towels and put in freaking PAPER TOWELS so you get to wipe yourself down with what feels like a sheet of paper. So luxurious. Staff seems to think place closes 30 minutes before listed hours. Owner says place closes 15 minutes before listed hours. Staff is unprofessional, lazy and constantly changing. One time I walked in to a woman sitting at the desk with an (unlit) cigarette in her mouth. I should really just call the health department on this hell hole. The owner should either sell or close. Immediately. OH WAIT, I forgot all the billing issues I’ve had. When I tried to freeze my membership, I was charged 3x in one month. And two more times after that I was charged double the membership rate. Check your statement after using a card here.

Friendly staff and clean rooms/​booths! Have been going there for 3 years and have always had a pleasant experience! But most importantly, it’s very clean! Highly recommended

Been tanning at for years & this is by far my favorite chain/​location. BB always has coupons, deals and specials and the Mt Kisco location is always super clean and has a helpful, friendly staff always ready to help and answer any questions you might have. Highly recommend

Alex gave me the worst airbrush tan I have ever gotten. My legs were blotchy immediately after being airbrushed. The staff at this facility has been very weak in customer service in the past year.

I love indoor tanning and this place is great. The ladies who work there are always friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices, clean facility, and minutes from home and work. As a competitive bodybuilder, I use indoor tanning as a base before getting spray tanned for a show. Never disappointed w/​this place.
