Stopped by this place because it’s really hard to find Big Apple Bagel stores anymore and we’ve always loved their bagels. Sarah Dell greeted us and was very patient and friendly while we decided what to order. She accommodated our special requests and brought out extra help to make sure the people behind us were taken care of. The restaurant was clean and inviting the food was even brought to our table. Would recommend.

Food tastes fine, friendly fast service. Portions are way off though. My Holey Guacamole had very little avocado and turkey, leaving me hungry. Plenty of samples out all the time, good variety. Employees are usually very friendly.

I gave them 3 stars because their bagels are good, nothing tim hortons doesn’t have. Convenient location. The employees are the problem. They definitely could use some help in the customer service department!

If you can manage to wake up early enough before class and grab a coffee and bagel this is one of the places to go. The price is right and everything is made fresh from the coffee, bagels, and even the cream cheese. They have about 5 different varieties of cream cheese to choose from which make for a different experience every time you make it into this place.
