This DQ isn’t terrible, but it definitely has some drawbacks compared to other DQ stores. Like all DQs, they serve tasty ice cream. The waitstaff is friendly. As others have mentioned, this location is very small… Too small for the amount of customers they receive.
The first major complaint I have with this DQ is that they do NOT offer the full DQ menu. They offer ice cream and grilled sandwiches, period. Where are the burgers, fries, hotdogs, chicken strips, shrimp basket, and other food offered at other DQ locations?
As the dining room is so very small, we consider DQ to be primarily a takeout place. Unfortunately, this is problematic, because they have the worst drive-​thru window in town. This DQ shares its building with a coffee shop. it is difficult to describe in text, but both DQ and the coffee shop have takeout windows that run parallel to each other in the back of the building. This means that the coffee shop customers have to drive directly through the DQ customers’ drive through line to get out of the parking lot. There is an awkward stop sign placed mid way through the DQ drive-​thru line, and a gap that is supposed to be maintained for the coffee shop customers. There is frequently confusion among non-​regulars that leads to honking and sometimes aggression by those waiting in line.
The second problem with the drive-​thru is that the speaker/​microphone system in the DQ sign is terrible. We often have difficulties understand what is being said by the employees, and we have to shout loudly for them to be able to understand us.
The third problem with the drive-​thru is that there is a large pothole near the back corner of the building, directly in the path of the DQ drive-​thru, and it cannot be avoided if you want to stay in line. It has been there for over TWO YEARS. Two years (as of this posting) is plenty of time to fill a large pothole.
Given the very brisk business this location does, and given the inadequate menu, dining room, and drive-​thru at this location, my recommendation to the owners is to find a new location. They have tasty ice cream and a friendly staff, why not take them to a location that would be adequate for the business? I think a large increase in profits could be achieved at a different location.
BOTTOM LINE:: Very limited menu, tight quarters, terrible drive-​thru… However still good DQ ice cream and friendly staff.

Poor service, staff is not knowledgeable about their products. Very little selection. Nicely decorated though and handicap accessible.
