A hidden gem. I absolutely love everything about Grind and Squeeze. It is the perfect little spot to just sit and relax. The outdoor area is lovely and so inviting, especially if the weather is nice. The shop itself is tiny but adorable. Their coffee is on point. If you are looking to try a smoothie, I highly recommend the PB& Buzz. I tried it for the first time recently and let me just say, my taste buds thanked me! By far my favorite coffee shop around.

Quaint courtyard appeal. Tiny little shop, but the beautiful outdoor space made up for that. Friendly service and a quality cappuccino. Option to relax with a glass of wine or refresh with a smoothie too. Brought my book to while away a few undisturbed hours.

It is hard to find. It is on the same side as O’Brion’s restaurant. If You’re walking past O’Brions you will see a rod iron gate on your left, go down that alleyway and it is on the right. It’s perfect for a beautiful day because there is a lot of outdoor seating. The inside is really just a place to order quickly and then move outside. The staff was great and very friendly. I got a caramel latte with Almond milk for the first time. The barista offered to remake it if I didn’t like it. Super awesome!

Visiting I’on and looking for an afternoon coffee drink. We found this nice spot and got delicious lattes. We enjoyed them in a comfortable garden. A perfect experience!

Wonderful little shop hidden in the Ion neighborhood. I had a great pour-over coffee. Friend loved her latte. Service was quick and friendly. I’ll definitely be back for coffee and look forward to trying their juice.

Just had the pleasure of a great cup of tea here. If you are in the area this place is great. The owner is a gem! They serve great drinks-coffee, tea, wine, juice. Very lovely outdoor seating

With a name like Grind and Squeeze, you’d expect this coffee shop to be a little saucy — and boy is it! They feature house-made vanilla syrup(from real vanilla beans, y’all!) and their own chocolate syrup, too. I can’t resist a good hot chocolate and theirs definitely warmed me up. Their special sauce was a not-too-sweet dark chocolate flavor. Just like I like it. My friend Erin went for a vanilla latte and said it was equally as delicious as the cute barista. They also have other tasty coffee drinks, super healthy smoothies and pastries. They recently opened so I expect more goodness will be coming soon! The only drawback is that indoor seating is limited for now. But maybe they’ll expand in to larger space in the quaint I’On neighborhood. Heck, the bevvys are so good here that it’s worth bundling up and sitting a hot cup of joe al fresco. Bottoms up! P.S I couldn’t find an official web site yet, but they’ve got all the goods on Facebook.
