Man! This was a great burger place! I had the cheeseburger with mustard and everything on it! Bread was soft toasted just right, fresh veggies and meat cooked to perfection! Our group shared homemade hand cut fries and chili cheese tator tots — yum O Licious

Driving through town and stopped off for lunch. Good burgers and definitely better than any chain option in town. Friendly staff, affordable price, and a really good burger.

No complaints here! If you’re HANGRY while waiting on your freshly cooked food, grab some tasty peanuts!

A solid burger made to order. This is my #2 burger joint in town. It’s very good. Parking is tough and it’s always full right at noon and after work.

Great Big Burgers… Watch out on the Fries… they are soggy… fresh cut and soggy… they serve a bunch of them… but they charge a bunch for them. Cheese burger, fries, medium drink…$ 11.50. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Burgers were fresh and made to order. Fries were fantastic and they gave you a ton(they reminded me of the fries from Five Guys). Lots of pepper in the meat(more than I prefer but my husband loved it). Very no-frills place with clean and updated bathrooms. About 4 – 5 minutes off the highway, which is totally worth it.

Glad to see Randy’s open back up but I noticed their prices seem to have gone up. I ordered a large burger and a large drink and paid nearly $ 10. While the price was pretty high I have to say it was a very delicious hamburger.

I’m from out of town but I work in Mt. Pleasant a lot. And I ways make it a point to go get a burger at Randy’s while I’m in town. To my disappointed, I tried to go there today and it was closed because it caught on fire. What a bummer, I hope no one was hurt, and hope they rebuild soon!

We found this place on Unilocal passing through town and decided to stop. Good call! Burger was good, and generous. Philly cheesesteak was served in a bun, which we hadn’t seen before but it was good. BLT was a good size and tasty. Nachos for the 9-year old were so-so, not that it bothered her any. My 12-year old enjoyed his hot dog despite the«funny» color(his words). Very friendly service, and fairly quick despite the crowd. So in a nutshell – another Unilocal score!

Not on the main drag but such a hidden gem! The best burgers in town in my opinion. I love the cheese burgers and fries. So worth the few minutes you will have to wait while they cook your burger TOORDER and we usually call our order in on the way. So good. Nothing more to add.

Not a place you would find just passing through. Thank you Unilocal for another hidden jewel. In a town best known for Chicken, Randy’s burgers are fantastic. Terrific fries and the«National» drink of Texas, Diet Dr. Pepper.

The previous review said that this place was the best in town… but in a town the size of Mt. Pleasant, you have to keep in mind that it’s probably the only burger place in town outside of a McDonald’s or Sonic. Randy’s makes greasy burgers and fries. Granted, it’s a tasty burger and fries, nothing about this place is special.

Homemade. Unhealthy. Delicious. It is hard to make 4 star burgers and fries, but these guys are the best in town. A value meal will run you about $ 7.50-$ 8.50, so this place isn’t cheap. It looks like an RV Overhang garage that was painted with left over Tan and Hunter Green paint, so it won’t impress with some cool 60’s architecture. But the staff here is friendly even by East Texas standards, and the fries are serendipitous. If you like Sonic Burgers, then you will love this place. The burger is Sonic Style… white bread bun, thin patty, mustard/mayo, lettuce and tomato. Randy’s Burgers also has a drive thru and outdoor seating, so it is very kid friendly. The menu also has Frito pies, sausage, hot dogs, sausage sandwiches, and a few more options. Just don’t go on Sundays or you will be disappointed by the sign that reads«On God’s Day we are closed.»
