Staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Told them at sign in what insurance we had. After 2 hours waiting we were told our insurance wasn’t accepted.
Apparently there is a sign but it was 2 sections:
The bottom section said they didn’t accept United… There was a glare for the top portion and I should not have assumed all the insurances not accepted would be listed together. Although that would make sense!
During long waits I think friendly communication is key. Keep patients informed. Instead of continually telling everyone the wait is 2+ hours in a sassy voice!
Urgent Care on the corner of Bloomfield & Isabella was fabulous though!

Your sign says lunch at 1:30, I walk in at 1:00 and there is not ONE person in the waiting room and you turn me away because you are going to lunch at 1:30. That is not professional at all. I come back later to hear it’s at least a 2 HOUR wait to be seen. Never in my life have had to wait that long for a walkin! Get more doctors is you are that busy! My baby is sick… no one cared AND was NOT treated with respect. Only giving one star because I have to.
