I wasn’t very happy nor impressed when I stopped in for my first time! Before they moved they was located right by the downtown square in Mt. Pleasant and when I tried to go into their store I found out being wheelchair bound there was NO WAY to get into their store! So when they moved I was excited that maybe I could go into their new location but when I went there again it is NOT wheelchair accessible cause of a step up to get through the door! So I had to come back with a family member and lucky I have a small ramp (which I can only use it if I have someone with me cause they must use their foot to hold down the ramp or it’ll slip out from under the chair and off the step) that allowed me to get inside with help! I was so surprised to see it is such a big open area inside and they barely have anything! They had a big list of vapors but the employee said they had no way for anyone to test them and that it’ll be a very long time before they can allow people to test the vapors! When I saw a few items they did have and asked what the prices were the employee couldn’t tell me the prices all he did was try to guess what they will cost and told me to come back in a few days to ask the owner what the prices really were! I don’t like services like this one where they don’t even know their own PRICES and its not WHEELCHAIR accessible at all! It would only cost you about $ 8.00 to make a small ramp so if you don’t know how to build a small ramp like you should have to be within the ADA LAW than buy the bags of cement premix and I’ll come out to tell you step by step how to do it and you need a place for Handicap Parking with a 10 foot stripped area on the passengers side of the vehicle! With 90% of handicapped vans they all have the ramps that come out of the passengers side so by time you let the ramp down then you come out in your wheelchair it is 10 ft area so you don’t HIT another car beside you! As the parking lot is right now if I park then someone parks right beside me then I have to WAIT for that car owner to come out to MOVE their car cause I can’t get in without letting my ramp down with extra space to get my chair to go up the — UPDATE– The owner replied to me but not committing to fixing ANYTHING! His solution in fixing this was to have me call then & they’d come out to my van to help me! BUT when I’ve done that the employee WOULDNT answer the phone even when no one was there & he wasn’t doing ANYTHING AT ALL but playing a game on his phone! Will NEVER go back here!!!
