This store is a JOKE! First off the try to imitate the whole Apple Store thing. Greeted at the door & waited about 10 min which was fine. Then we got Ty. Let me tell you about Ty. Ty looked & acted like he didn’t want to be there. Hands in his hoodie the whole time, checking his watch or on his iPad. He couldn’t care less about our questions & we had several. I was upgrading my phone which I haven’t done in about 8 years. I had the unlimited data & wanted to know the best deal as we have a family plan. Finally got some answers once we pinned him down & contradicted his statements. Then we had questions about the horrible horrible service in Mount Pleasant(Park West to be specific). He went on to tell us that Verizion have been working on that issue for 6 years! Not my problem I told him. Im paying for a service I’m not getting & I’m done! He basically told us we could buy a cell tower booster for the house for $ 250 at that point we asked for the manager who was much better & helped us immediately. We got a cell tower for the house & did not pay for it. So my point here is… Do not give up & demand a better service. Sorry for the rant.

Verizon can be miserable for sure. When I moved here I stumbled upon a sales guy that has been great to me, call or text ahead of time and he has it ready for you. Also, he’s always hunting the best deal for his customers. If you are here ask for Dave Farda, he has been exceptionally good to me and works hard for his clients.

Just upgraded 2 iPhones & was pleased to work w/Buggs(Jonathan Buggs). He was terrific! Great attitude, above & beyond customer service. Both he & «J» were very professional & made sure we were well-versed on all the details… even handwriting extra information. Be sure to ask for Buggs for any of your Verizon needs!

I’ve been a loyal verizon customer for 10 years — 7 devices in a shared plan. Tried to get an early upgrade on one of them — no way. They were busy in the store when we stopped in, so 30+ minute wait for a rude answer. Online and 800 number equally rude and unhelpful. I thought loyalty was supposed to work both ways.

Excellent! For one, it’s huge. I think they’re trying to do the apple store thing and it worked. If you need your plan changed and are unable to do it online, this is the place to go. Amanda was awesome and I only had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to help me(even though there were four people ahead of me). She was able to get me more minutes and texts with the same data for the same price I was paying before!!! Loved it and am so happy with my experience! Amanda deserves a bonus!!!
