I love Chick Fil A’s food, but this location has to be the filthiest I have ever seen. Usually these places are clean and well kept up. I came here a few days ago with my husband for a quick lunch and every empty table was filthy. We finally spotted a clean table and sat down. I couldn’t help but notice the table across from us was piled high with garbage from someone else. Look people are pigs and don’t understand they have to clean up after themselves– I get it. However, I watched one of the employees stare at this table and then avoid it as he walked around looking at all the tables. It was probably 15 minutes before he actually gave up and cleaned it. I felt bad for him but at the same time buck up and do your job and clean off the table. There were other multiple employees standing around just chatting each other up instead of attending to the mess. Gross.

This is the worst Chick-​fil-​A I have ever been to. I love Chick-​fil-​A so don’t get me wrong, this review is only for the Mount Prospect location. This location is very dirty, I didn’t even want to sit down in the booth. The fries are always stale and cold and the chicken is gristly and really bad! They need new management in this place fast, this is the only one that is close to my house unfortunately.

I finally tried it: 9:30 pm on 5÷25÷16 in Mount Prospect. Absolutely disgusting. Waffle fries; Soft and stale. Grilled chicken club; rancid tomato taste predominant.
Pitched the whole meal after 2 bites. Going without dinner infinitely more satisfying.

Worst food and service. I blame the manager. There are 12 employees here. It’s 1:44pm. The tables are filthy. The French fries are not cooked. (Really??) The $ 5 fruit salad has canned tangerines in it and is very small. I took the fries back to a young man who said he was a manager. I said they aren’t cooked and he picks it up (the we’re cold) and he says, «how do you know?» I said I ate one! I mentioned they have a huge number of staff standing behind the counter but the tables are dirty. He was not fazed.
One employee is walking around asking how everything is. So I said — the tables are all filthy. Her response? We are busy! If a food place can’t handle busy with a dozen employees there is a problem.
I asked what is in the soup. The response… chicken. ok what else (!) The girl says — chicken? I asked what else. she asked another girl. This employee said «have you had Paneras chicken soup? It’s like that.
It gets worse… we go to clean up and put our containers on the tray (that was sent over with the re cooked fries) and there was dried crusty BBQ sauce on the chick Fila logo. We had no sauces with our food. This tray had clearly not been ever washed. My husband liked the chicken salad. However, we ate there and they obviously premade the sandwich & fruit (as opposed to being fresh) because they were in thick plastic containers. If this place is so discusting I am glad I didn’t eat any if the «meat.»

Best staff ever every time I’ve been here I always get amazing service food is always on point and always good.

Fantastic service and fresh food! Also, a great place for light roast coffee. The restaurant was clean and in a quiet location. They also have the new mobile ordering service.

Where do I start?
Guy who took my order was patient. It was my first time there. Plus he was cute.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, waffle fries and a drink (lemonade). The chicken was amazingly good! It’s been a while since I had more than 4 – 5 bites of something. So much so that my teenaged sons are concerned I’ve lost so much weight. had a few waffle fries. They were very good, but I knew my boys would enjoy them.
Clean as hell!!!
Workers were cleaning the legs of the chairs. The legs! Never seen it before.

I drove past at least 6 places that have a chicken sandwich.
This was well worth the trip and my time.
Hope they keep up the quality of their product.

I have to say, compared to other fast-​food restaurant, the customer service is off the chain! One of the best location for quality and respect. Never change! You cannot beat the taste of the beat chicken sandwich in the world.

Whoever designed the parking lot ought to consider a different line of work, pronto.
But back to the important stuff… the food, and the service. Delicious and fast, in that order.
After placing my order at the drive thru speaker… two deluxe sandwiches and a four piece order of tenders, I drove up to the window. I handed the nice cashier my money, and she handed me my change AND my order! Wow! That was fast! So fast they could have run along side my car and completed the transaction without me stopping… that FAST!
Food’s delicious. Service is fast and friendly.
Do something with the parking lot.
I may go back again later today… that’s how good it is!

I came here and got a spicy chicken sandwich and a lemonade ice. They were both super good. The service was fast and polite and the inside was clean. Great place to eat.

I visited this place opposite Randhurst for dinner after work. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe sandwich and Waffle fries.
The service was prompt and courteous, the food consistent. Restroom was clean and well-​kept.
Since it’s squeezed between Elmhurst Rd. and Rand Rd. getting in and out and parking conveniently can be a challenge, especially during snow and heavy traffic.
It attracts a lot of families and kids due to an attached play area, so it can get noisy.

This was my first time going to Chick and it was amazing! For being a fast food chain, it is REALLY clean (yes, this includes the restroom as well). I ordered the #3 spicy chicken sandwich and a small order of fries (don’t worry, I got the Chick-​fil-​A sauce too!). The service was fantastic, quick, and friendly. One of the things I like best is that the sandwich isn’t overly greasy like most fast food chicken sandwiches. After eating it, you don’t feel completely self-​conscious because of the fattening meal you just devoured (like I feel at McDonald’s). The ingredients are fresh and the Chick-​EN is of great quality, you can tell with every bite that it is indeed white meat chicken and not some «chemical chicken concoction patty». I originally wanted the grilled chicken sandwich but they were out of grilled chicken at the time. I didn’t have too much of a problem with them being out of the grilled chicken temporarily because it wasn’t made yet. This let me know that they in fact use real chicken and not some out of the plastic bag chicken breast. Can’t beat getting fresh (real) food that won’t empty your wallet.
I highly recommend this fast food restaurant!

I went here after Barf Barf Grill (Naf Naf) was such a disappointment, and I’m sure glad I did! Excellent chicken sandwich, as always, and VERY fast through the drive thru! I love how nice everyone is and how clean they keep the dining area (for the times I am able to dine inside). Having mints is an excellent touch. They really think about all of your needs!
I got into a car accident once in their parking lot (which wasn’t my fault… you can call Progressive and Flo will tell you that I was a good boy), but in all sincerity, the layout of the parking lot is a bit odd, and does attract some problematic scenarios. So just be careful and refrain from putting mayonaise on your sandwich until you are out of the lot.
The chicken tenders are really good, nice and chewy, not crispy and dried out like you’d find at just about any hotdog/​gyro/​burger/​chicago eatery joint.

Excellent service, clean environment and the food is awesome… I love the #4 meal with waffle fries and we always get their chicken nuggets-​they are by far the best we’ve had!

Seriously this must be the nicest Chick Fil-​A I’ve been to. The drive thru is massively long, which must be great for peak times. We went at 8 am on a Friday morning, so maybe it just is busy earlier? While in the drive thru, the cashier at the window actually talked with us. More than just the «hi, how are you? have a good day». He talked about the weather, how beautiful it was, what we were doing, etc. Very pleasant. The parking lot is pretty large in the back. This CFA is situated in between 2 major streets, so it’s easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

The food is always stellar and the service is amazing. Everyone is super nice and it’s just a pleasure to have such great people serve you at a QSR!
Now the food… The fries are one of my favorites anywhere. The chicken is always cooked perfect and tastes healthy & lean.

I had a 4 piece meal of chicken strips. I have to confess, best chicken strips I have had in my life. They were huge, and as you would expect when you use real chicken pieces, all different lengths. The breading was very good and almost no grease on the container they came in.
I think I may like them better than the classic sandwich which is what I typically order when I visit.

All I wanted to do was come on here ( Unilocal) and write a nice review of a good, Christian, conservative owned company which offers awesome chicken sandwiches. Give it a four star rating and call it a night. The adjectives don’t matter much, I just threw those in for good measure. I like Chick-​fil-​A for offering something different than just fake ground beef. Instead I’m beckoned with a review which took me to the web in search of more information. What exactly is included in the «signature spices»!!

For those unwilling to do the research and stay deafened to the food truths; it’s a tasty chicken sandwich, an alternative to what we’re forced to eat at drive thru’s across Chicagoland. I like the chicken strips and the spicy chicken sandwich. I like their waffle chips once in awhile, although I’ll usually upgrade to fresh fruit or fruit and yogurt. For a family of four, if dining in and with assorted sandwich combo’s you can expect your table total to max around thirty five dollars with tax. In comparison to any other fast food restaurant Chick-​fil-​A is of the highest grade. But personally, with this new found knowledge of what’s found in their signature spices, I don’t think I’ll be checking them out as often as before. Which was as often as maybe 3X’s a year.
