Got a deal and first session for acupuncture was good so signed up for a ‘package’ of 5 sessions. But then things started getting weird. I tried 2 more sessions, but each time it was like starting from scratch (practitioner took no notes and kept asking same questions) and during my last session had me lay on my stomach on a table with no headrest for 30+ minutes even though my complaint was back pain (due to no headrest my back was arched the entire time). I left more in pain than when I came in. I’ve asked for a refund on my unused sessions and they have completely ignored me. And this is from a place that supposedly teaches spirituality? They are thieves because they are keeping dollars they did not earn. Do NOT go to this establishment.

I went to this place because I saw a Dealfind thingy for two hypnosis sessions, meditation and an acupuncture session for $ 39. First, this place is kind of alone, close to a forest preserve, and it is in what looks like an ancient strip mall. I had no problem finding parking. It didn’t look like much goes on in the strip mall or this business on a Saturday. I can say that the services I received here were well worth the price of the Dealfind voucher. (I still need to get the meditation session in.) However, I’m not that rich to afford full price at this point in my life, but that doesn’t mean someday I won’t be. :) Everyone I talked to there was very nice and helpful.

Worst experience ever with this place. I bought what sounded like a great deal on dealfind only to findout that the people running the establishment are complete morons. I spoke with Leann, whose english was beyond difficult to understand. When i called to reschedule my appointment, she stated i already had missed my appointment. she booked me for an appointment on a Sunday to my dismay, it was a sunday that already had past. I Lost my voucher for me & my mother due to her incompetence. I am kinda glad I never walked into that establishment. if the people who have direct contact with the patients/​cliental do not have there act together, I can only imagine what type of service they have to offer.
