I’ve had nothing but outstanding experiences with Grout Masters on two different occasions.
In fall of 2009 they came out and re-​grouted on of our two shower stalls that had been sadly neglected for ages. Mark worked on it for over 2.5 hours and was a perfectionist about his work. I worried that this would run into extra charges, but the bill was exactly what the estimate was — very reasonable.
Last week, we had a second shower with similar issues, and Mark came out again. This time, he spent 5 hours repairing tiles in this shower and also taking care of some loose tiles in the bathroom in general. Again, the bill was extremely reasonable.
Also kudos to Lisa, the owner, who follows up to check our satisfaction and also is great for cleaning and maintenance tips on minimizing grout issues in the future.
I wish I could find other service providers like them! Great folks!
