Cold food slow staff errored orders and we needed to order and pay before we were allowed entrance to the bathroom. I get that for rowdy kids who don’t but but for two middle aged folk with two young kids to need a bathroom escort… C’mon.

Absolutely horrible. It took at least 5 minutes for the employee to take my order. We sat at the order box for a full 2 minutes before anyone even greeted us. Some women said «hold on a minute» and then said nothing else. After what felt like an eternity, I said «hello?» and the woman again repeated «hold on a moment.»
When she finally took my order, she took forever. All I ordered was two polar freezes. It took at least 5 – 7 minutes the receive the order, which was handed to me by a guy who didn’t even look my way. The containers had ice cream all over them.
When I drove out of the drive thru, I noticed that there wasn’t a single person in the dining area, nor were there any other people in the drive thru.
Worst fast food experience EVER.

One star is too many. I sat outside in my car waiting for my drive thru order for 10 minutes. All I ordered was a side of cheese curds. I ended up going inside, having to bring my one month old baby in with me (the whole point of going through drive thru). The employees seemed confused not knowing where my order was. Another 5 minutes goes by and I finally get my food. I asked for a manager and no one could find them…

They were out of toys for kid’s meals, no chicken and dining room was filthy. Do not recommend to anyone. We will not be going back.
