Group fitness has always been the key for me. I have a terrible time motivating myself to exercise, so scheduled classes have been a savior. Jazzercise is fun. The instructors truly bring out the best in you. And many different classes are provided to fit your personality If you don’t like step aerobics, try circuit. If you just plain don’t like any kind of aerobics, try the personal touch classes. They require an additional fee each month, but offer Hatha Yoga, Pilates, and weight training. I find it is well worth the money. And even look forward to my classes through the week.
