Bay Area Sports Photos

The bike ride event was Sept 20 – 21.
A week after the event I emailed and posted on the facebook page asking for an estimate of when the photos would be ready. No response.
Filled out online form for an email when the photos are ready. Never heard anything.
Oct 5 I randomly checked the website and saw that photos were posted. All photos posted in the «lost and found» category! Normally you can type your bib number and it pulls up your photos. Currently, you have to click through all of the photos to find pictures of you.
Ordered a photo on Oct 6, email said 1 – 2 business days for the photo to be processed and emailed. Total cost for 1 digital photo came to $ 32.69. Just the digital image.
Today is Oct 9 and I still haven’t received the photo or heard from them.
I’m going to write to the event organizers. My experience has been horrible.
