I was referred to the PAMC Mountain View Center by my regular doctor at the smaller PAMC West Valley (Cupertino). I asked for Dr. Davis based on the other Unilocal review posted, out of their department of 6 doctors, and was suprised when her office called back and scheduled me on the same day, just 4 hours after I called in.
I had an accident where I had walked barefoot into a pumpkin in the dark, which dislodged most of my right big toenail. I visited an ER that night, and my regular doctor about a week later, where I was referred to a podiatrist. I didn’t have any broken bones or complications, so my problem was relatively straightforward.
Dr. Davis was extremely professional. I had a lot of questions about trying to keep the toenail and to maximize my recovery. She answered them all very clearly and laid out some choices which included removing the toenail, with pros and cons of each. Ultimately, I decided that it would be best to remove the toenail. She performed the removal with great care and again with very clear discussion of how this would go. The procedure went very smoothly, and, as of a few days later, I feel that this improved my mobility and better supported the healing process.
I came in with a lot of anxiety about having the nail removed, but felt that Dr. Davis provided really complete information and understanding. I had a great experience and hope you’ll consider her if you need a specialist.

Dr. Davis is splendid. She is very relaxed and calm which indeed has a good effect on her patients. She is very thorough, and thinks beyond just the immediate medical test reports, takes into consideration how the patient feels as the treatment progresses, encourages the patient rather than put any fear. She listens carefully, and shares her thought process during the diagnosis very openly, which is very valuable. I have had a great experience with Dr. Davis.
