We’re current tenants at MBC and have been here for about a year. Of course, no space is without its problems, but Simon and Jennifer are super quick to respond, do any maintenance in a quick manner, and are always around. They’ve been renovating the common space and it’s turned into an even more incredible place to work than when we started. Simon was super accommodating at modifying our office when we first moved in and the space is good and large enough to continue growing in. We were previously in downtown Palo Alto where space was more expensive, not well taken care of, and landlords non-responsive. Wouldn’t second-guess this decision at all. :)

We were tenants from November 2013 to April 2014 in Suite 204. Simon and Jennifer are fantastic landlords! Simon is constantly upgrading the building and Jennifer is responsive to any questions. Both are super nice and very available. The only reason we left is because we outgrew the space and decided to move to San Francisco. Simon and Jennifer were very flexible with lease terms and we were able to tailor an arrangement that perfectly fit everyone’s needs. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Definitely consider 2483 if you are looking for office space in the Mountain View area. Simon and Jennifer made our entire experience delightful from lease signing to move out.

We are a three person software startup who just moved into suite 204. We were previously working out of our apartment and decided to get some office space as we plan to grow our team. I found Jennifer and Simon’s place by chance, and showed up for a viewing within 10 minutes. Jennifer was gracious enough to show me around, and then a few more times as my other team members agreed we should find some space. Three days later, we’ve signed the lease and moved in. This place is amazing. Very well maintained, full service, and Simon is on site and ready to help with anything. Internet speeds here are north of 100Mbps with Comcast Business, space has plenty of natural lighting and is very new and clean. Plenty of parking, nice restaurants within walking distance, and a private balcony on the second floor. We are very excited to be tenants here, and look forward to meeting our neighbors and growing our company! Recommend this to anyone in the South Bay area!
