Lost 5 shirts including a brand new one and claimed I never brought them in. Prices are more expensive than old dry cleaner in Ballard who did a wonderful job and never lost anything.

FAIL.
I disliked this place before I ever stepped foot anywhere near it. I called today to ask if they do rush alterations & AROUND how much it costs. I didn’t ask for an exact price, just a price range. What I got on the other end of the line was just plain rude. At one point, he sighed in disgust as if I was asking for free services. Thank you for showing me your customer service before I spent a dime at your establishment.

Cedar Plaza Dry Cleaning ruined two of my (new) dress shirts. When I asked about the damage the owner became hostile and verbally abusive towards me. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere and filed a complaint with the BBB.
To consumers… my shirts were ruined in the same area on the same sleeve. Check your garments before you pay.

They do an ok job at cleaning… Other than putting pleats in pants that aren’t supposed to have them. IMO The alteration service did a worse job fixing a rip than I would have at home.
That’s my final word on Cedar Plaza Dry Cleaning.

This place is awesome. I go out of my way to get my clothes dry cleaned. The owners always take care of me and whenever I have any issues they take care of it as soon as possible. David has always been good to me that’s shy I always go back.

I took my suit in to be cleaned and I was not happy with how my pants came back. When I brought them back a few days later the owner was rude and was not willing to clean them again on the house. I already paid for them once and was not willing to pay a second time for second rate service.

I drop off my work shirts at this dry cleaner. They are always friendly, and my clothes are ready at the time promised during drop-​off. Shirts come out well ironed and pressed, saving me tons of time!
