Sent in an order over my iPhone, came in 20 minutes later and they had not even started. The kid working there said, «they just came in so I’ll make yours after theirs.» Won’t be back.

This is consistently the worst Subway I have ever dined at. I’ve been here about 6 times over the past 9 years and it never changes. Tonight my son and I stopped in after football practice for a second dinner. We order two sandwiches. The punk behind the counter asks if we want them toasted. Yes we do. He doesn’t toast them. When the sandwiches have about half the vegetables on them, my son notices they are cold and reminds him that they were supposed to be toasted. Punky boy just shrugs and says«Oh well.» He was so dismissive of the observation, it seemed like he thought we forgot to tell him and were now trying to change our minds. After a few seconds, I reminded him that we asked for toasted sandwiches and he was the one who forgot. With that he says, heavy on the attitude, «Well if you want, I can take ALLLL the vegetables off, toast them for you, and put ALLLL the vegetables back on.» As if that is the only solution he can think of. I just wanted out of there so I told him to forget it. $ 16 and two cold soggy sandwiches later and we are on our way. I’ll by a cold sandwich at QFC across the street before spend another dime at that Subway.

I love that they have a drive-thru here. That is the only good quality about this place. Service is horrible — the guy is straight-up rude. I agree with the other reviewers re: skimping on veggies and I have also been charged incorrectly… just stay away.

I don’t eat at Subway often because I prefer to just make sandwiches at home, for no additional cost. For the most part this Subway is just like any other. There is only two major differences. The first being the drive thru, they even have all the ingredients set up right there w/a tv screen so you can see exactly how what they are doing and point out the ingredients you want, super convenient when you are feeling to lazy to get out of the car. The second thing is a few of the staff members… so extremely rude! Again, I emphasize there is only a few. But when they are there it makes you feel uncomfortable even purchasing a sandwich. The reason I did give two stars is because the food has been fresh whenever I’ve been and the restaurant clean but those staff members really ruin the experience for me, unfortunately.

Two stars. Pretty dismal. This subway has really rude workers. The lady cuts people off mid sentence and her attitude stinks. They don’t sell soup(which is understandable since subway is franchised) and when I asked the lady if they did all she did was shake her head and the man at the register said«she doesn’t sell soup.» SHE? You are responsible too so man up about it. I would have given one star but they do have a drive thru. I’m not coming here again.

Disgusting. The last time I will go here. The inside was a mess, every table was dirty. The employee barely gave any veggies on my vegetarian sandwich, they rang up my meal wrong. And instead of asking what sort of sandwich it was– the employee at the register unwrapped it, opened the sandwich-touched it with his bare hands, wrapped it back up. And then went back to the register. Better off going another location if you are really craving subway

The service here has been for the most part, pretty poor. I had a staff member rudely get on my case for ordering chips for my son instead of the cookies I was offered, even though I explained my son can’t have sugar. He snapped«there’s actually as much sugar in those chips as there is in the cookies». The rest of the staff just seems like they would really not ever want to deal with humans. Do yourself a favor and drive up to the other one near 196th.

The only subway this side of the state with a drive-through — — I KIDYOUNOT! This was supposed to be a concept store, i guess corporate didn’t think it was worth repeating everywhere, but i think its cooL! Standard subway fare, delicious as always, and without leaving the comfort of your car! They have huge monitors showing you what they’re putting on your sandwich — -very cool!

The people at this subway are rude, everytime I’ve been here they’ve been rude. They don’t ever greet their guests and keep talking while you’re waiting to order. I had to repeat myself several times when ordering because they kept talking. The sandwiches were alright. Could’ve been better. I’ve been here about 5 times and probably won’t ever be back.

This particular Subway seems to have a split personality. If I go in for lunch the ladies that have been working there for a while now are super fast and very friendly. The food(veggies and bread) is fresh and tasty. The store is very clean, and I’m always happy with the entire experience. I’ve found if I go there for dinner it’s horrible. The staff that works nights do not seem to have a clue as to WTF their doing. Stale bread, brown lettuce, sour sauces, wrong orders, the place is dirty, and the people working there are complete ass-clowns. 3 stars for lunch 0 stars for dinner

Manager is rude. Service is horrible. They don’t make the sandwiches correctly. It’s like they want to skimp or just plain don’t care. I can’t figure it out.

Not really too much different between this Subway and any other. There is one main distinction though, THEDRIVETHRU! As far as I know this is the only Subway in Washington that has a drive thru. This is the only one that I’ve ever been too with a drive thru, ever. You order at one window. Then you pull around to this big window where you tell them what you want on your sandwich through another speaker box and are able to watch them do it. Then up to the final window for payment. The people there are nice and courteous. Kind of the same run of the mill high school sandwich artists. I have never had bad service or a sandwich that was worse than any other Subway I’ve been to. Just had to write a review to promote the drive thru. Wish they all would get with the program.

DRIVETHRUSUBWAY! HELLSYEAH! The bread is usually not as fresh as other Subways, and their sandwhiches are generally sub par to other locations but hey… drive thru!
