Very happy with my massage today! I bought a package and booked 5 more appointments. First massage is half off. Great deal, close to home and Palenteen was very professional and knew her stuff. She was great with my trouble areas and was good with feedback. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I have had numerous massages with Pal and have been incredibly appreciative of her skills and caring. My boyfriend and I both really appreciate how attentive she is and it seems that she always gives us a bit of extra time if there’s something particular that she feels needs more attention. Recently she asked if I liked the music and the water that she was serving and the subsequent time that I came in for a massage she had followed my suggestions :-) what a sweetheart! Although we only found her relatively recently, both of us have had several massages with her that lasted an hour and a half to two hours. That said I think that I can strongly recommend her services!

Beautiful massage studio and a top notch massage by an incredible massage therapist. I went there yesterday for the 1^st time and am already planning my 2^nd visit. Between being a father of 3 young daughters, and a full time chef, I am constantly moving, twisting, bending, and lifting, so a good relaxing and rejuvenating massage was just what I needed. I appreciate that Pal really took the time to hear my needs, and did a posture assessment as well to really maximize my time on the table. Urban Healing Arts Studio is legit!
