I have been coming to Francesca since I moved here 3 years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She does an amazing job and she is so much fun to talk with while services are being done. She is awesome!

Yes there is a beautiful Benefit Brow Bar in Belk. I’m a long time fan of Benefit cosmetics and when this brow bar sprung up a few years back I was thrilled (having only seen one in NYC and at shady Ulta stores). The prices are very reasonable and Francesca (the supreme esthetician on hand) is great. I love how each and every time she does my brows she measures and marks before she begins. I also love the complimentary touch up afterwards so you don’t go out all red. Love this place.

I came here today and I actually love my brows. They were done by Franchesca. I called ahead because I usually get mine threaded. I feel like I actually gave her a hard time but I decided to show up anyway. I’ve always had bad experiences with waxing and them not coming out exactly how I like. They do mapping before hand so you can see the shape they are going to do before they do it. I have really difficult brows and they’re still growing in so I was impressed with what she was able to do. I would definitely come back and see her again.

Benefit Brow Bar (at Bek or Ulta) is the only place I get my brows done. Their system has always given me a great result. I have had my brows done at this (Belk) location twice and the results were excellent. Friendly service and great cosmetic advice as well.
