Probably the best Thom kha soup I ever have had. All the lunch specials are great in that you get pad Thai, rice, and soup. Will definitely return to this gem when I’m in town for work.

Every time I am in the Seattle area for work, I ALWAYS come here for the Seafood Pad Thai! It’s SOGOOD! I like it spicy, but you of course don’t have it that way! SOGOOD!

Such friendly service and their portions are a decent amount. I love their lunch menu– pad Thai with a side of curry for $ 6. Definitely my go to Thai place from now on.

Hidden gem. The curry is fantastic. I usually get takeout and they are friendly, reasonable price.

Really disappointed with service and got about .5 oz of beef with the $ 12 green curry with beef dish. May try carry out in the future since the coconut prawns appetizer was OK.

Really enjoyable and tasteful Thai food. I requested a low heat index and my friend asked for the high octane. Both of us enjoyed our dishes immensely. The host visited with us and explained the difference between the chilies in the US versus Thailand. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy Thai. I have found that each restaurant has a slightly different twist in flavors and Mukiteo Thai provided an entirely different experience.

Came here for lunch on a Monday. I had the panang curry lunch combo with 5 stars of spice. The panang curry was fantastic, sweet, creamy, flavorful, and the spice seemed appropriate for 5 stars — painful but not overwhelming. I’ll probably get 4 stars next time so it’s more enjoyable. The phad thai was good on the side. Service was pretty fast and the server was attentive, but then again I was one of only 3 and the others already had their food.

We have ordered food to go and eaten in the restaurant. Both have been great experiences. I had the spicy eggplant both times because it it just so delicious. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. The service is attentive without being overbearing. The were great with my four year old, and she loved her rice and noodles. We can’t wait to come back. The food is just so tasty!

I usually wait until my second visit to write a review but the food told me not to wait. All in all probably the best Thai food I’ve recently eaten. We started with fresh rolls with tofu served with a peanut and a sweet and sour sauce. A wonderful starter. But next time I think we’ll try the chicken satay which also looked good. My friend and I had the lunch portions of Masserman curry and chicken swimming Rama served with pad Thai and rice. We ordered three star which was hot and spicy but not overpowering. My friend didn’t like his curry as much as I liked my swimming Rama. But, we agreed that the pad Thai was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to get back to sample more of the wide variety of items they have on their menu.

Just moved to town and chose this place for my first Thai take-out order. Food was great, portions were large, service very good. What’s not to love? The sketchy characters in the parking lot. I wouldn’t do a pick up after dark after seeing some of the activity in the parking lot during the day.

I stopped in for a late lunch and was pleasantly surprised. I started with a cup of the Tom Ka soup. Tasty! It included a generous amount of chicken and I really liked the savory flavor of the soup. I also ordered the lunch combo #1(Panang Curry, rice, Pad Thai). I know Pad Thai really varies between Thai restaurants. The Pad Thai here was OK but not for me. The Panang Curry was good. So overall, a solid 4 stars. The service was quick and friendly.

This local Thai restaurant isn’t a stand out among the the other three Thai places in Mukilteo but it is pretty good. I’ve dined here about a half dozen times and done take out about the same amount. If you live in Mukilteo like me, maybe you’ve tried the other Thai places. Here’s my rank order: 1. Thai Rama III in Harbour Pointe — recently remodeled(really gorgeous inside!) 2. Mukilteo Thai 3. Ambrosia Thai in Old Town Mukilteo 4. Chiangmai Thai(technically in Lynnwood) next to Albertson’s on the Speedway The food at all these places isn’t all that different and Mukilteo Thai serves fresh, well made standards. I usually go for the Tom Yum Goong soup, fresh rolls, and either Pad Kee Mow or Red Curry. These staple dishes are satisfying and well prepared. Mukilteo Thai needs to be remodeled to compete with Thai Rama III’s beautiful bar and dining room. Mukilteo Thai’s décor is dark and dingy, especially the carpet.(I also think Mukilteo Thai is a much better value plus they serve draft beer including Diamond Knot IPA. So good!). The parking is significantly easier at Thai Rama III than Mukilteo Thai. Bottom line, if you need to stop at 7 – 11 next door to get gas on your way home from work or to catch the ferry, stop into Mukilteo Thai for a bite or some take out. It’s not bad.

A great mom and pop Thai place and the food is terrific! The owner is super sweet and it’s always great to come here. Pad Thai, Pad See Lew, Garlic Green Beans, and Spring Rolls are regular items for our family. Lunch specials are good deals too!

This review is only for takeout as I have yet to dine in. My order is always ready in around 10 minutes — they’ll give me a 15 minute quote but it is always ready earlier. I appreciate the fast service and not having to wait when I arrive. They are always nice on the phone and very sweet when I pick up my food — offering chopsticks or extra silverware if I’m not going straight home. I appreciate the thoughtfulness! I tend to stick to my favorites and order red curry and drunken noodle(pad ke mao). Both of which are delicious. One time I got shrimp in my curry and was really happy with the amount of shrimp in the dish(not skimpy with the more expensive protein like some places can be). The only negative is that I feel the spice level is not consistent. I always order 3 stars(in their 1 – 5 level) and sometimes feel it is a little spicier than expected. Nonetheless, it is never unbearable and I still enjoy it!
