The Phở was OK. But, we had a little trouble communicating with our server. Besides that, very good service.

Not bad at all. Choices of regular size & large Phó bowls with excellent broth. Fried rice with an added spice made an overall delicious dining experience. I’ll be back for sure.

This place is alright… average tasting, average pricing. Nothing spectacular. Took a while for us to get our food(phở is generally served up pretty fast), so they get a point docked for that. There’s definitely too much of these places competing in the area to have crappy service.

Horrible, just horrible. My first experience was ok, it was an average bowl of phở. We didnt feel like cooking tonight so we went here to give it a try, the people were friendly at first but completely disappeared after the food was served. We got spring rolls which were about 2⁄3 the size of every other roll I’ve eaten elsewhere and it tasted too chewy. No big deal, but the phở came out and barf! Worst bowl of phở ever, the soup which is always the best part had almost no taste and was very dark brown which I have never seen in any other bowl of phở ever. The noodles were chewy and ok tasting, meat was few and far between. I Never, i mean Never leave leftovers, Im a fat pig when eating out. I usually finish my ladies food all the time since she gets full before finishing. But this is the first timeI left half my food uneaten and bolted out of there asap, I thought I was going to puke. I dont know if they were having a bad day or all there decent phở is made during the rush of lunch, and since we were there in a completely empty restaurant at dinner time they gave us 5 hour old left overs. oh yeah, to make things worse, I love to eat that spicy rooster sauce with my phở and I need lots of napkins cuz I sweat from it, and they had zero napkins also the rooster sauce was watered down!, I looked for the server, he didnt make an appearance the whole night, he was on a cell phone or yacking and laughing with the cook the whole night, we got a small cup of tea, and I asked for ice water and never got it. …I dunno, something was really wrong with this place. And there are way too many good phở places to ever give this place another try. gross. :oP Stay at home buy the 50cent package of phở bo from H-mart and save 7 bucks and it will taste better than this place.

Very tasty Phở. We have eaten here a few times now and love the Phở. The broth is very good, they give you all the appropriate yummies with it and it is more than you will be able to eat! Love it. In the Seattle land of Phở this place is good :-)

Phở huy Dining experience immediate review Tap water on ice Very Friendly service Yummy egg rolls, more like fried meat roll Average prices Fresh veggies Good portions Very good beef broth Sticky floors Sticky condiments Full belly at home final review, had time to ponder the experience Overall this was a very pleasurable experience and I left with my belly full and my tongue sizzling I had the flank and meatball soup, medium size and was very happy with the broth and enjoyed the veggies as a crunchy addition to my soup. I will be coming back for another round of Unilocaling at phở huy. Its a welcome alternative to the north end and far superior to the noodle houses with over salted broth in everett.

Came here for lunch today. Service was friendly and quick enough. The Phở was decent, but I feel other places(like Than Brothers) are better. The size of the Phở was definitely smaller than than what you’d typically get at other places for the same price. They also really skimped out on the meat. Water was never refilled, or given. It’s not a horrible place, but if you got a phở craving, Phở Than is right near by which is just a much better option cus you get more, pay less, and have better quality Phở. Phở Huy does have some decent variety regarding Cha Gio(egg rolls), and vietnamese sandwiches… so I might stop in for my vietnamese sandwich craving next time. And they are in the entertainment book. ~G
