After having horrible customer service experiences recently with Comcast, Apple and Frontier, I was so impressed with Lainey who helped me bring my phones over from ATT. My husband and I shared an Apple ID and Lainey spent hours getting the problem resolved for me. She was on the phone with Apple for a long time while remaining pleasant and professional. I can highly recommend this store and ask for Lainey.

If I could give NO stars I would… don’t ever come into this store if you want customer service. Let’s just start with the first day of our contract, we were not even given one. The staff sold my husband $ 90 worth of merchandise he did not even need, then when he tried to return it the same day as the contract being signed, they basically stole the $ 90and refused to give him any money. He left the store with no merchandise, no money, and no store credit. I’ve begged customer service to help us and they have done nothing. They blamed my husband and I for choosing this store. Corporate said we picked out the one store that was NOT corporate. … we still have never gotten our money back even with the receipt. $ 90 gone just like that. Also the manager screamed in my face in person and over the phone. The worse cell phone carrier I have ever been with. Save yourself money, time, and stress and go with AT&T or sprint.

I have been a t mobile customer for over 10 years. I had a really bad experience with this branch store. The branch manager doesn’t know how to take care of customers. I only tried to return my husband’s phone which we purchased a week ago. But she told us that we can’t return it due to some system policy. That’s not my point. l just wanted to leave the phone there so my husband can come later and talk to the
manager himself. She told me that I can’t leave the phone with her. When I tried to leave, she call the police on me. What the heck! When the police came, they told me to go a different t mobile store in Alderwood mall. Terrible service. The manager obviously doesn’t care if she loses customers.
